After trying what seems like dozens of pillows, this one is perfect. I do not wake up with neck pain anymore. It’s supportive, yet soft. It holds its shape well. Having the different depths on each side is a plus. There is no smell

This is a great pillow especially for next pain. The sleeve that included with the pillow is very cooling, although you need to flip the pillow frequently to keep cool. The only negative, I wish the pillow was a tad thicker.

Nice and firm just the right. It fit under your neck and no more stiffness and will buy one more for my son.

First off, this is a beautiful pillow. The slip cover on it is really lovely. I wanted to really love the rest of the pillow, too, but wasn't to be. I'm a side sleeper with neck stiffness problems and need a side-sleeping pillow to support my head and offer support to my neck while I'm sleeping. I have one that is good but seems to be breaking down, so I opted to try this particular pillow as a replacement. The problem for me was that it is so very soft...way too soft to offer any real support. My head and neck sunk down into the pillow and offered I had absolutely no support whatsoever. It is a very yummy, soft pillow. Great quality. But, unfortunately not for me. If you need support, this probably isn't the pillow for you. If you like soft, squishy pillows, go for it. It is a nice pillow otherwise. I'll be giving mine to my husband who likes soft pillows, so it won't be returned. Again, nice pillow just no real support to speak of if you're looking for that.

I would give this 6 stars if I could. I can imagine how some people may not like it but I love it. It is super cooling! Like wow factor cooling, I love that it contours to your head and neck so well. After using this, I really can’t go back to normal pillows. And the cover it came with is so good for your hair to sleep on. Love love love love love . If they make bed toppers I would probably buy it in a heartbeat 😅 great quality, great price.

Very comfy and helped with my snoring too! I can sleep on my side or back equally happily.

This pillow really is a great cooling pillow. Feels great. However, it is not high enough for me. Even with the larger curve it does not support my neck enough. It is also very cushy. So not any strong support there. I must have a heavier head than all the other 5 star reviews because I honestly just don’t know why this has such good reviews. I even tried it as a side sleeper pillow and it’s just too soft and too low on the higher curve to provide any support.
