You need this if you are using weights at the gym or at home!
Love that the portable chalk fits into purse, work out bag and in car console so it is readily available. Little goes a long way to help with gripping weights in the gym. I want to work out but not get hurt because I lose my grip. Come off with water when finished with workout! Love this product and worth the price! No scent, able to easily see it in palms once applied to ensure proper coverage.

It works for me
I only need a small dab of chalk when lifting at the Y.This works very well for that application.I squeeze out a little liquid, rub it into my palms, and wait a few seconds for it to dry.Summary: It works well for an old man lifting pathetic weights :)

Missing
I ordered the 250+50 ML (the big and small bottle bundle) and I only received the large bottle. Chalk is good though

Excellent for Grip Training
This liquid chalk provides an excellent grip for weightlifting and climbing. It dries quickly and keeps hands dry during workouts, a must-have for serious athletes.

Great for obstacle courses and long lasting
For anyone who has read one of my reviews, you know that my son completes in Ninja Warrior (obstacle) competitions. We are always trying new chalks, both liquid and powder. This has been his favorite liquid chalk so far. In competitions, your run is typically a couple of minutes at the most and you try to shave time anywhere you can - which includes stopping to chalk up. He applies the liquid chalk about a minute before his run and it lasts throughout the run which is typically 8-10 obstacles. It is very portable and easy to use. It works well for most obstacles requiring extra grip. Good choice.

Easy to use, good coverage
Minus a star for breaking the cap of the mini squeeze bottle on the first day. Overall this was an easy product to use wherein you squeeze the product on your palm, rub your hands together, wait for a second, and you'll notice it dries with a nice layer of white chalk on your hands. It does have a bit of rubbing alcohol smell but it didn't irritate my hands and lent me good enough grip. The thing I like most about this product compared to lose chalk is that it's easy to get an even layer and it's less messy.
