I have been a runner all my life and consistently after long distance runs I wake up to sore and achy legs. These pads really help reduce that feeling the next day. I can do long distance runs on back to back days more frequently now. LOVE THEM!!!

I cannot believe they actually work. This product is truly eye opening. I am surprised I haven't heard about them until now.

These foot pads are amazing. I actually feel great in the mornings and I slept for an extra 2 hours. My only complaint is you might have to wipe the bottom of your feet when you take them off.

I bought these for my husband. He uses them regularly and has made repeat orders. He believes they are helpful.

Adhesive does not stay on! Fell off after 5 minutes! I was in bed so absolutely no reason other then the adhesive is no good!
