This does not work. I’m active and it shape and thought these might help shed the last bit of fat off. Nope, nothing! Plus the ingredients! There’s nothing good about these! It’s all lies!

I tried this to try to lose weight and was surprised that it started to work right away. After a week of use, I'm down twenty pounds!! The taste is something that needs to acquired, it is apple cider vinegar after all. It gets easier to swallow with time, and it's not so off putting to stop. It does work afterall.

If you are buying this as a quick weight loss aid, save your money, it will not work like a miracle, I doubt any brand will. If you are buying for the convenience of getting some ACV and some other vitamins that are in the gummy, they are not bad. I will say the ingredients are good, including the ones they use for making the gummy's taste good. For me, unless there is some miraculous change, I will not buy again. Also, notice I rated a 3...probably more a 2...but the rate features were all things that made the product good.
