We bought this set to drill a hole in our stainless steel sink to install an RO faucet after seeing it on a YouTube video. These worked fantastic! It didn't take us 2 minutes to drill through the metal. Would highly recommend this set. Each bit comes in its own case. Very nice set.

Bought these to make holes in lightweight aluminum and they work great. Time will tell how they handle thicker metals but I am guessing if you take your time and use some oil in the right applications you'll have no issues.

Fast cutting very sturdy !

I need a 7/8" (aka 22mm) bit for some holes in steel metal boxes for standard sized electrical power fittings (conduit). I saw this kit advertised which included that size, plus three others for only 2x the cost of just the one I needed. Since I never know when the others will be handy, and because I've ruined regular hss hole saws doing this sort of thing before, I thought I'd get this kit and be set.Ah, well, no, not exactly... It seems that the vendor decided to change the mix of bit sizes to have 1" instead of 7/8". The other three are the same as advertised. However, at that moment they didn't change the website, and they didn't change the box. The box says 7/8" but came with a 1" in it. As I write this, I see the website has now been changed to accurately show pictures of the correct sizes (they don't list them in the title any more). Maybe they updated the box too, who knows?At any rate, I just ordered a solo 7/8" bit to do the immediate job at hand, and I'll keep the rest of these for the next job that can use them.

Worked perfectly for drilling a 1 1/4" hole in my sink for a soap dispenser. Can't beat the price for 4 complete hole saws either!

Unbelievable value for what you get. When I ordered these were @ $10.You get 4 individually packed items. If these will fit (height, width) for your hole, get them.I tried a few things for testing these out. Being carbide, I first tried glass. The picture you see with blue tape is a glass bottle. I spent a minute or two trying to drill it. The blades are hard for sure because they scratch and dig in the glass. It didn't seem to drill down as fast but honestly, I don't think these are meant for glass or tile since the carbide bits are fairly thick. After about a minute or two I gave up but the glass had a circular ring scratched in to it.The two pictures of the carbide teeth show what the teeth look like after my attempt of drilling into glass. As far as I can tell, they look like new without any issues.I then tried drilling into 6061 aluminum plate of about 3/8 thick. Went through like butter, chips flying everywhere. So the teeth were as sharp as before my attempt of cutting through glass.The forth picture is a straight shot though the opening. I would have wanted the teeth to be a bit further into the whole to make sure the cut the material enough that the cutout falls out. It looks very tight. My 3/8 cutout fell out just fine but ticker material _might_ not fall out easily. Not sure.Last picture is of the whole in my 3/8 plate. Nice and smooth.I'll have to find some steel to drill to see how that goes. Will update the review if cutting through steel is an issue.I usually don't give 5 stars after a few tests but I think these deserve it because of what you get and the price.

These TCT hole saws work amazingly well! I have a few other tungsten carbide tipped hole saws similar to these hole saws that I have been so impressed with that these are my go-to hole saws for drilling holes in any metal. The teeth on these hole saws stay sharp and make nice clean and quick cuts in materials from wood and PVC to aluminum, steel, and even stainless steel. I have used these hole saws to drill dozens of holes in stainless steel and they just keep cutting. The holes they produce are nice and clean and they cut through even thicker gauge materials very quickly.Each hole saw in this kit came in a plastic case with a pilot bit and allen wrench. Each pilot bit included with these hole saws has been fitted with a spring that helps push the drilled slug out instead of getting stuck inside the hole saw. The pilot bits are nice and sharp and seem to work well in even the tougher materials and are standard pilot bits that can be purchased on Amazon so if a pilot bit breaks, it is easily replaceable. The plastic cases are nice because they keep the hole saws from snagging a tool bag or other items in a tool bag. The only complaint about the plastic cases is that they’re not large enough to store the hole saws with the pilot bit in the hole saw so the pilot bits must be removed if the hole saws will be stored in the plastic cases.Overall, these are excellent hole saws that work extremely well. They produce nice, clean holes quickly and don’t wear out quickly like other hole saws. These hole saws are perfect for cutting holes in a wide variety of materials, even materials that would tear up most other hole saws.
