Hydrating, but not for severely dry skin
This looks, feels, and smells just like any generic unscented lotion product. Though unscented, it definitely has a strong smell that some people may find off putting. It doesn't bother me too much aince I'm used to the smell from undcented body lotions, and I son't feel like it lingers too long. I was expecting more of a cream or a whipped texture based on the description, but it is solidly a lotion consistency. There's nothing necessarily wrong with that - it spreads easily and absorbs well, not leaving any tacky or sticky feeling like some creams can. However, it doesn't feel as moisturizing or protective as I was expecting it to. It hydrates OK and does a good job if you have mostly healthy skin. I was using it at a time I had an issue with extremely dry, flaky skin and it did not do much to help allevite the issue. I used this cream in the morning and it did okay for a bit, but half way through the day my skin would be dry and flaky again. This was disappointing because the listing specifically says it's for people with dry, flaky skin. I finally got the issue under control and this cream has been quite good in general for providing hydration when my skin isn't exceedingly dry or flaky. The formulation is nice and in line with the current leading ingredients for hydration and skin barrier protection. If you're looking for a VERY light product that will serve you well for a small hydration boost but feels like it's not there at all, this is a really great product. But if you're needing something that will provide deep moisturization for very dry skin, you may want to look elswhere.

Effective Hydration For Skin That Needs A Little Pampering
This is a white colored lotion that I would considered unscented even though it has a light smell. I believe the scent is coming from the ingredients in the lotion, and not an artificial fragrance. The lotion is a little thicker, but very light at the same time. I expected it to be heavier upon my first impression, but was pleased to find that although it is super hydrating, it's a lightweight lotion. I used it after applying an acid peel face mask, so my skin was a little irritated. The cream was very soothing to the skin, and I felt like it calmed my skin down fast than other products I had used after this treatment. My skin was soft and supple to the touch, and it had a glow about it from using the mask and this facial cream. I could see this lotion being very nourishing and healing after a bad sunburn or a reaction to a product. I like that it also works to build up the skin's natural moisture barrier and therefore makes it healthier. I have sensitive skin and had no issues using this lotion. It also soaks in quickly, and while skin feels moist and hydrated, it is not sticky to the touch.

If I knew how to incorporate this into my skin care routine, i might be more impressed.
Long lasting moisture, and the scent is nice; it smells like a lotion. It's a little more perfumy than I care for, but still it's a very mild perfume scent, like what you might get in a body lotion. It's thicker and stickier than i thought it might be, but still it comes out fairly lightweight and spreads and absorbs quickly and easily. The stickiness vanishes after a few minutes, leaving behind skin that feels protected, yet a bit sticky and chalky. The feeling of hydration is there, but it vanishes. Plus, this cream does not have sun protection. For the price, not sure I would use it every day and evening as suggested. There are natural ingredients listed, but there are also a lot of other ingredients in the list and with those and the scent, I am not sure my sensitive skin would hold up in the long run. On the front of the box, it says Prior Skin Care. I was not savvy to this term, but I now know it means that the cream is something you would use before using other facial treatments. I don't know if the company has other skin care treatments that you would use after applying this cream, and if it did, how would you use those creams along with this one? It's suggested to use every morning and night, but this product is not a one-stop-shop kind of cream. Not sure how I would fit this into my healthy skin care routine. For storing this product, the label says to avoid sunbeams directly. Because of this, I would not feel good about wearing this cream on my face while out in the sun. If I knew how to incorporate this into my daily and nightly skin care routine, i might be more impressed.

Excellent Skin Cream
I tend to have dry skin after I wear my makeup for a few hours, and the lines around my eyes and mouth start to show up. I tried this moisturizer and it felt smooth going on my skin and then I checked my makeup at lunch time, and my skin still looked good and my makeup hadn't settled into the lines and creases of my aging face. I am very happy with this moisturizer and believe that it's worth it to invest in a good base moisturizer. I highly recommend this product.

Lightweight, good for daytime, needs help for night routine
This Thermoceutical moisturizer is lightweight and soaks in quickly without leaving behind any sticky or oily residue, so it works well under my makeup (though I don't wear a lot of makeup). My skin is a little bit oily, so this moisturizer works well for me during the day when I don't want a thick product teaming up with any oil, but I like to have a really thick moisturizer at night, and this one doesn't quite cut it by itself. I usually combine a few different moisturizing products anyway so it's not a big deal, but if you're a "one and done" product user and require a really substantial moisturizer, this might not be it. In the end, it efficiently moisturizes my skin leaving it looking fresh without clogging my pores or creating any negative reactions with my somewhat sensitive skin.

Good hydration but scent gives me a headache
The good: This cream is good for hydrating dry skin. I love ceramides and squalane for skin-barrier protection and this also has panthenol and skullcap root extract for extra moisture. Lactic acid gives it some exfoliating properties and Phytosphingosine helps control breakouts. The cream is white and has a thin to medium-consistency. It has a silky texture and absorbs pretty quickly. It’s sticky for a little bit but then leaves my skin looking soft and moisturized. Unfortunately, because of the strong scent, I cannot use this anymore. The few times I did, the smell ended up giving me a headache. It’s strong and lingers for quite a while so it’s not ideal for those sensitive to added fragrance. I also feel like the price is a little high so this is one product I won’t get again.

Nice cream, lightly scented, maybe not for super dry skin
I have super dry skin, and also prefer Korean skincare. It was a no-brainer that I would give this cream a shot. I am a fan of ceramides in skincare, and in general, the ingredients of the Max HydraPlus cream look good. The texture is nice, but I knew, almost immediately, that this wouldn’t be hydrating enough for my super dry skin. There is a lovely scent to the cream…akin to a lot of European skincare I used to use. Light, clean and “spa-like”. I prefer unscented products for my face, but since it is not hydrating enough to use on my face, the scent makes it feel like a beautiful hand cream…that is how I have been using it. I wouldn’t order it again, because it isn’t right for me, personally. Otherwise, it seems like a lovely product.
