Great tool for resin art
I bought this tool to help me with drilling holes into resin when I’m adding jewellery findings as I have problems with my hands and using the hand drill was hurting them. What a game changer this great tool is, it’s so easy to use drill bits make nice small holes in seconds for o rings and 22gauge wire to thread through I also use the drill to start holes for eyelet screws making it easier for me to turn the screws. The tool itself is light weight, very quiet, and hands free after charging with the USB so no problems with trying to find a socket or wires on my desk, the attachments are easy to change and of course it’s a lovely shade of pink. I’ve used the finest sanding ring on a resin piece and it worked a treat but you do need to be careful as it can leave scratch marks, I will use the sanding attachment on edges of larger projects but I’ll stick to my trusted nail file for the small pieces.Even if I only use the tool for drilling for me it’s worth every penny. Highly recommend

Nicely packaged and does the job
Bought to make some minor adjustments to some plastic electronic parts, this is the not the most powerful tool of its type, but good value for money and does the trick. Nicely packaged—with its own carry case—and a good selection of heads for multiple uses. Bit fiddly to swap the cutting disk, and won't fit in the case with it attached, but easy to use and worked well. Useful tool to have to hand, and can't grumble at the price and utility.

So happy that I've found this!
I could finally finish my diy project of chest of drawers. This does an amazing detailed job. Not loud. Not shaky. Not difficult. Super easy, super great! 5 settings. I wish the sandpaper lasted longer but that's not the products fault. It's just how they are.So happy!

Good tool
Good tool, very easy to use, powerful enough to polish guitar frets with, and like the case and bits it comes with. Would recommend

A versatile little tool
This little multi-functional tool offers extraordinary precision when reaming, grinding, sanding, drilling or cutting. Changing the different heads can be fiddly, though, and the instructions are really very basic and not always helpful.

Works well
It works quite well, it feels nice to hold and it's easy to use once you figure it out. There's a bit of a learning curve when it comes to switching from bit to saw etc but it's great once you figure that out. Good battery life. I was afraid the weight and size would be a problem when I saw it, but it's actually very light. The light is a nice touch. I recommend this for smaller projects that don't need a lot of power.

I love this little thing!
I've been wanting a little rotary tool for a while now, and the big-name brand ones were a bit out of my price range for what I was looking for: a cordless rotary tool with some attachments and options for more, to be used mostly for my own hobbies and lightweight crafting. It's turned out to be SO much nore than just that, and I'm still figuring new things out every day! What I'm most thrilled about is the battery; even when I haven't fully charged it (and it being a USB-C port is perfect) the battery just lasts and lasts. I'll be working for several hours with it on anything from low to medium power without needing to plug it in at any point, and I simply have not worn the battery out yet at any time!I've purchased quite a few extras to go with this base kit -- different grades of abrasive sticks, Dremel polishing oil, a whole lot of different sizes and shapes of wool and other polishing tops -- and everything has been completely compatible with other brands, no problems! Just keep an eye on the bit shaft diameter and you'll be good to go.The little case is cute and I thought I'd have the tool in there, but instead it's proven far more effective at housing polishing grit, glass abrading bars, the instructions, both little boxes of bits and drill heads... it's great! At this point it has its own little toolbox to keep current projects contained and vaguely organized, but the rotary tool itself is very rarely there as it's become a mainstay of my desk.I have some big-load power tools, but I honestly find them far too strong and unwieldy for precision work. I'll use them if I need holes drilled into 2x4's, but for removing burrs or excess glue from a model, or carving softer stones (calcite and jasper are so soft, just the wool heads will carve them), polishing copper and silver until they sparkle, or grinding in some texture to make superglue catch better... I'll go for this tool every time.I might eventually get a stronger one, but for now I keep finding new things I want to do with this! It's also so lightweight that my hand doesn't get tired, even after several solid hours of carving. After all, you don't press hard -- the edges of the bits do all the work for you. All you have to do is keep it steady and guide it!I really couldn't be happier or more satisfied with this purchase. If you're on the fence or unsure about a more expensive one, this is a great intro tool with a ton of available accessories that make it incredibly versatile!

Great for grinding and sanding, but not so much for drilling
Works as advertised, but my biggest disappointment was for the drilling function. Even at its slowest setting, the rotation is too fast for the drilling starting point. And when trying to drill something very small you need precision which is exactly what you do not get when you go from zero to fast rotation - The drill simply jumps off the item and can be dangerous if you are holding the item in your hand and the drill jumps to one of your fingers. It would be perfect if it had a pressure sensitive trigger/rocker like full-sized drills where as you pull further on the trigger it would gradually increase in speed. This would make it perfect for all uses it is advertised for.

Great little drill for small projects
I bought this little drill because I do projects with different animal bones and sometimes I need to drill a hole through something to make like a suncatcher to be able to hang something and it was able to drill through the bone. Some spots were a little bit harder than others but it did work and it came with so many different tips and things that you can do with it

My first rotary tool is a success!
I purchased this rotary tool/dremel to help me modify my glove box to fit a GPS information screen in there. The blade attachment worked beautifully. It did occasionally stop and get stuck but that was my rushing it. I then used other attachments to fine tune and smooth my work. Later I found it can can used to polish and grind the chipped blade of a utility knife. I was able to delete the chips. I am amazed at the uses I can forsee for this, including the polishing of jewelry. This was a rousing success. I chose this over other sellers because of the work light, the color, the saw blade attachments, the power, the speed, and the price. I didn't really test the battery life because when Ireted the tool, I plugged it in because I didn't want to run low on power in the middle of my task. I found the weight and balance to be perfect and not distracting. Thank you Hardell.
