44/45 Caliber Long Barrel Cowboy Western Style Gun Holster and Belt

Quite pleased with both the quality of this product and how well it fits my Colt 45 revolver Model P repro with a 7-1/2" barrel. With the revolver fully inserted the holster is ca1/2" longer than the gun barrel. Trigger is still accessible when revolver is in holster. There is a leather loop meant to be put over the hammer in order to keep the revolver securely in the holster. Unfortunately, this loop is held so extremely snugly between the stiff thick stitched double thickness leather construction that I have not been able to extent the loop the wee amount needed to get it over the hammer.Leather tho stiff as a corpse is thick and heavily tooled and has a deep mahogany reddish brown color. Both the holster and belt are double thickness and stitched [single not double row] with the flesh sides on the inside toward one another. Holster including its full length hanging/tiedown strap is a single piece with an integral third heavily tooled exterior layer. Holster is fastened to the back side tiedown flap via a snap closure on a 1" wide strap that is itself fastened to the back side flap via a large brass brad.Belt is 3" wide and for the 46" size has 23 cartridge loops that will each hold a 45 Colt shell very securely. I wear a 42" jeans so per instructions ordered a 46" belt. The belt buckle strap has six [6] holes on 1-1/2" centers. There is not enough additional strap length to punch additional holes at either end. I wear this on the 4th hole from the belt buckle end. It fits snugly enough to stay on and can be canted down slightly on the holster side. Distance from my hand to handle of revolver is natural and comfortable. Both ends of the buckle portion of the belt are fastened to the holster/cartridge belt with a heavy brass brad. The robustly designed buckle appears to be brass.Holster leg tiedown is a single replaceable leather strip that should acommodate a 32" circumference lower thigh with 4" on each end left for tying the ends together. Holster can be removed from belt and worn with pants belt.

Very good quality, and top-notch customer service. I incorrectly measured my gun belt size, but Jesse and his crew took care of it and sent me a well-fitting belt. I do not believe there is a better quality product for the money. My Ruger .45 Blackhawk fits like a glove, and the ammunition loops are solid. I have been using this belt regularly in the desert, and it continues to be comfortable and functional. Once again, these folks have a genuine concern for customer satisfaction, so if you are looking for a work rig or CAS outfit, give them a try😄

Awesome holster, fits my Ruger Super Blackhawk Hunter in .44 mag like a glove. It’s made of thick leather and was kind of stiff when I got it but it loosened up real quick. The Ruger has a 7.5” barrel, and it is a little long but otherwise it’s great. All my shooting buddies love it. They asked me where I got so they can get one for themselves.

Let me start by saying that the quality of the holster is very good... HOWEVER - when the holstered gun is on the side of my right leg (where it should be) the holster's belt buckle is nearly 4 inches off center to my left. If I pull the belt toward my right and put the belt buckle centered in front of me then the holstered gun is on the backside of my right leg. If it was only a 2 inch issue it wouldn't be as noticeable. I messaged GGBELT twice and got NO response. I contacted Rocky Top Holsters (the manufacturer) as well and they responded that since I bought it through GGBELT the problem had to be resolved them. Very disappointed.

I was born and raised in the Vegas but I'm no cowboy. All I can say is this is quality leather and looks very authentic. I'm pretty sure it's the real deal. Like they said, order 2 sizes higher. Mine barely fits after ordering 2 sizes higher. I might even recommend 4 sizes higher.

Really nice quality holster. I'm using it for my rugar blackhawk with a 5 inch barrel (45 colt) fitment is perfect. I wear a 34 inch pant size so I ordered a 38 inch holster. Really happy with this purchase

Waited 3 weeks for shipment. Tried to cancel order 2 different times during the 3 weeks. They would not cancel. Avertized for long barrel guns. It it is not long enough for 7.5 inch barrel.

This holster is awesome. Fits well with high detail soft leather. I have $300 holsters which aren’t as good as this one. Love it.
