As with most modelling clays it does have that paper fibre texture within it, but it's held it's shape well with no sag.

My granddaughters love craft work. An ideal step from play do type medium. Did not dry as quickly as I expected- a bonus in the modelling stage!

I found this clay to be quite fine, soft and easy to use, It is also a good bright white colour. The clay is easy to manipulate, either by hand or using tools, and also cuts well when sculpting with it. As it is quite fine it will take small marks easily but if texture is not required it is easy to smooth using water. It can also be dissolved in water, to make a sort of slurry and applied/painted on to areas to create a smooth finish or to fill very small cracks.It dries as expected for an air drying clay and once fully hardened can be filed, sanded or drilled easily, although this can create a little dust so I'd recommend using a face mask in this instance. The dry clay also takes acrylic paint well. Clean up of hands, tools or work surface is relatively easy with clean water and I'd recommend that you don't let the clay harden before cleaning as it makes the job a little more difficult.At £4.99 for 500g, at the time of this review (March 2024) I'd say this represents very good value for money, especially when compared to the price of similar products at the same weight.

The clay comes in individual packaging, as shown in the photos. When removed from the packaging, the clay can be a little sticky at first, but it becomes less so with handling and shaping over time.The clay has a great texture and feel, which makes it easy to mold and shape, and it doesn't leave any residues behind. With the right tools, you can even add fine details to your creations.The clay can be either baked or left to air dry. While the packet doesn't provide any instructions, you can refer to the Amazon listing for better guidance.Overall, this is a perfect clay for any future projects. You get three packets for a great price, which is plenty if you have a good setup to make models (such as wire and tin foil to build up your armature). I highly recommend this product for its great quality, very happy with it.

Ich liebe das arbeiten mit Ton, aber da man nicht immer mal so eben einen Ton-Brennofen bei sich hat, ist eine selbst trocknende Tonmasse eine super Alternative.Die Masse lässt sich gut verarbeiten. Man darf allerdings nicht erwarten, dass sich das Arbeiten mit der Masse so wie mit regulären Ton anfühlt. Das Arbeiten mit der Masse macht viel Spaß und ist auch für die kleineren etwas. Wenn man fertig ist, lässt man das Werk einfach für circa 14 Stunden trocknen... Und tadaa ist das eigene getöpferte Werk fertig!Preis-Leistung finde ich hier super und kann daher eine Empfehlung aussprechen.
