So I thought these would be kind of useful as I make a huge move - but these were so much better than I hoped! They are just the right size - not too big, but def large enough to be truly impactful. The handles are are quality and the material is legit! So far the zippers seem good - I will use these for some international travel, so I will find out how it holds up...

It makes sense; we don’t have children to pack around and we also have the most cargo space in our vehicle.These storage bags are simple and straight forward. Constructed of the same heavy plastic used in making tarps, they are lightweight and fold up easily for storage. With a capacity of approximately ninety litres, they can accommodate relatively large items. This is facilitated by a zipper which runs the entire length of the bag making it easy to load and remove bulkier packages. The seams of the bag are strengthened with bias tape to prevent separation. There are a pair of large straps on the top of the bag (long enough to be used as shoulder straps) and smaller ones on either end allowing for a two person carry. The straps are sewn directly to the plastic with only a small second piece of plastic used as backing; this leads me to believe that the handles will likely not stand up to heavy or prolonged use.These bags are great for our needs; we transport toys, food, clothing, camping supplies, and other such items in them. They’re roomy, easy to carry, simple to keep clean, and haven’t shown any significant wear. Since they’re often sitting around outside at the lake, I really like the fact that they’re waterproof; indeed, I believe that they are weatherproof enough that I will be able to use them for storage in our outdoor sheds. All this being said, I would hesitate to overload these or use these for transporting heavy items (such as my tools or my inflatable kayaks). I would not trust them to stand up to the abuses of airline travel.Given their light weight and compact storage size, we find these bags ideal for everyday use; we even keep a couple in the car for unplanned events where they might come in handy. They require little or no care and, given their economical price, we don’t spend any time worrying about them. These bags provide a simple solution for household moving and storage. Recommended!

These bags are a practical solution for everyday storage needs or even for more organised grocery shopping experience, to keep all your items neatly zipped inside the bag. They ressemble Ikea bags. They are light and easy to fold and also easy to store when not in use.I see these bags as everyday storage bags more than moving bags, unless you have items that are not very big or heavy to move. I'm not confident that the handles would withstand substantial weight and the bags don't have as much of depth as moving boxes but could still work great for a small move. I remember when I moved to my first apartment and was using a bunch of grocery bags to carry my few items and some were falling out the bags - the memory of that disastrous moving day is one that I fondly think of now as a silly youth memory and I can tell you I would have been HAPPY to have these bags back in those days.Overall, I recommend these bags to:- people who are moving with few and light items or-people who want to upgrade their grocery shopping experience (for example for Costco hauls) or- for everyday storage items such as to store winter duvets or children's toys for when not in use (to protect from damage and dust).

But that's what you want, as they really only have one purpose, and that is to store and transport items.They do seem well-made, though, and strong and durable, with reinforcement on weak zones, so I'm happy with how they are made.SIZE:These were actually a little smaller than I expected; however, that may not be a bad thing. If you fill these bags with weightier items, they can get pretty heavy, and if they were much bigger than they are, they will start to get to the point that they are too heavy to move when filled.USAGE:Besides using these for moving, I think these would be fantastic for groceries, travelling, or storage. The bags hold a lot, and the zipper keeps everything in place. Plus, they are water-resistant, so they can take a few splashes. Personally, I think these may become a standard on my camping trips.CONCLUSION:These are some of those items that you never realize you need until you have them. They have a ton of uses and are just practical. They aren't going to win any beauty awards, but that's not the point. It can be difficult to move bulky items like bed covers, towels, shoes, and the like. Items that don't weigh much but fill 2cu.ft. boxes really quick. These bags are a good solution for that.They are a bit shorter than a hockey bag, but about the right height and depth. The bag is made of very basic plastic; the handles aren't all that study and would probably fail if you loaded this with heavy items. You'll notice the 50lb limit, which for a bag this large isn't much. Maybe an oversized grocery bag if you keep the milk and pop separate. So use them for what they were intended - pillows and duvets and light clothes.What's great - and why I give it five stars - is that they are waterproof. If you've moved in the rain (or the snow) you'll understand how useful that is.At almost $10/bag it seems expensive, but they can be re-used. They're also useful for car camping. They fold down nicely, which is important since they'll be in storage 99% of the time.I'm pleased enough to give five stars, even though they're far from perfect. I haven't found anything really better.

Essentially a tarp sewn into a bag.I quite like them and see multiple uses for them. They will be great to store children’s clothing between seasons (or kids) and various other storage of items that do not need to be boxed; going to the laundromat; weekend trips home from school etc.They are a little smaller than I expected form the pictures and “extra large” description. “large” would be a better description. They are well made as far a s tarp bags go and look as if they will withstand a lot of wear. The plastic zipper is basic but also better quality for the type.If you are expecting a big bag – you will be disappointed with the size. They seem sized not to fail a heavier load instead of fitting a large volume.
