So tasty! Using tincture is a new thing for me, but this lemon balm is citrusy without being overpowering. The dropper bottle makes it pretty easy to use without making a mess. I don’t add to liquid, but rather take directly and hold in my mouth to absorb quickly into my system. There are minimal ingredients (the lemon balm leaf in glycerine and water and has an expiration date 2 years away. It’s made in the US and the maker is actually here in Florida. It’s really good with a subtle undertone. I’m really enjoying it!

It appears to be what it says it is. It taste like lemon balm, even if it tastes more like a very strong tea of lemon bomb versus…I don’t know what I was expecting. An actual tincture? Something stronger. My problem is, unfortunately, my brain doesn’t seem to respond to this form of lemon balm at all. I can’t discern any additional calmness or clarity after I take it. And for reference, there’s a famous brand of stress gummies that include lemon balm along with GABA and L-theanine and those work within 30 minutes noticeably for me. So, if you’ve never had lemon balm and you’re super sensitive to herbs, this may work for you. But unfortunately, I’ve been an herbalist for a long time and I don’t think this is a very strong formulation. I’ve been trying the recommended amount for several weeks, but I’ll probably stop taking it because I don’t think it’s helping.

A very clean, all natural supplement! This contains only lemon balm from dried leaves and organic vegetable glycerin and distilled water. The dose is good, this is made in the USA and does not contain alcohol! This is very mild, it will not make you very sleepy, but you should not take it when you have to go out or do things like driving. I find that it helps me to unwind in a natural feeling way, you don't feel weird or woozy. I like it before bed when I often can't settle down to sleep because my mind is still racing. You can also take it when you feel stressed for a little natural calming. Plant remedies don't work the same for everyone, but this is safe and worth a try if you are looking for something natural to help you unwind.
