Probably not, but it might make your skin more soft and supple, so that would be a good thing.If any of these factors are important to you, it is Gluten free, non gmo, wild caught, Halal and Kosher certified and paleo/keto friendly. The Halal and Kosher certification indicates that at least some level of sanitation and careful procedures were used in manufacturing, but I would prefer to see a GMP(good manufacturing procedures) certification and a check by a third party lab for purity and potency to be sure that the ingredients promised are actually in there.It is made in Canada, which has a good reputation for proper regulation. I can't give it a full 5 stars, but I think it is a pretty good product, so I gave it 4 stars.
