I used these while marathon training.Easy to eat while running. Easy on the stomach too! Great flavour.They provide you with enough sugars to keep you going through your long runs or endurance sport!Great value for money. Fits in your pocket nicely.

Can't comment whether they give you energy but they taste horrid, it's like eating a salt chew.

Salty not sweet
Got these for my diabetic son. As he got tired of the chalky flavour of the regular dextrose but he asked me not to get these again as they tasted salty and made him feel sick. Not good when when you need something to spike up his sugar during a hypo.
