So far the quality of this item is fantastic!! The set up is not super easy and it's better to let them walk you through it especially with the software and settings. The software in not compatible with all computers so maybe reach out before hand to make sure that your computer is compatible with this printer and software.

The easiest setup ever with the help of the customer service team. You have one job and that’s to put the pieces together. They even send video reference. Installation is top tier and fairly easy. It’s practically done for you! The price and prints is a great 1st option. I recommend this to any first time DTF print business or personal use. Oven is easy to use. It comes automatically set in Celsius. The hardest part is user practicing to make perfect. The machine print like it’s supposed to. This product and the team behind it is top tier!

Let me save you some time, money, and a whole lot of frustration this is hands down the worst printer and worst printing company I’ve ever come across. Period.The printer itself? Garbage. It barely works, constantly glitches, and is clearly made with the cheapest materials possible. To make matters worse, it is NOT Mac friendly at all I had to go out and buy a whole PC just to try and get it to work properly. What kind of company in 2025 is still not compatible with Mac? Ridiculous.And then there’s the customer service, which is based in China and let me tell you, it’s completely useless. Good luck trying to get help when something goes wrong (and trust me, it WILL go wrong). They respond slow, give you zero solutions, and act like you’re the problem for reaching out.Trying to send the machine back was an even bigger nightmare. They’ll drag their feet, send you in circles, and make their faulty product your responsibility. It’s a full-on scam operation. Total runaround, no accountability, and no respect for your time or money.💥 Do. Not. Buy. 💥This company is a headache waiting to happen. The printer sucks. The service sucks. And the whole process will leave you drained. RUN far away from this company you've been warned.

The media could not be loaded. I really love the brightness of the colors, it looks really good, I'm happy with my purchase so far, Jeremy from customer service was really helpful, he responded right away, he checked my setting and assisted me with my first print step by step. I reached out to him again with some questions and he again assisted me and provided me with information I requested. Thank you so very much Jeremy.

Very good quality and helpful customer service

I could not get the printer installed initially, but customer service was able to install. The printer is not compatible with my antivirus program. Had to uninstall antivirus in order to install printer. Was not a good idea. My computer kept locking up if I tried to go to any sight. Would not let me proceed stating that I had acquired a virus. Tech support said I could not use my antivirus program. Had to uninstall the printer.

Required quite a bit of assistance, which was challenging due to the different time zone. Now works well with great image quality and durability.
