Miscly Round Shoe Laces [3 Pairs] 4mm Thick - For Shoes, Sneakers & Boots

The flat laces that came with my Nike Airmax fitted so snugly in the tiny eyelet holes that they were a pain to tighten up when tying them. At 120 cms, they were also a bit too short for my liking, so I decided to replace them with round laces similar to those -- also Miscly laces -- I had had in another pair of shoes. I was not sure which thickness to buy, but these 4mm laces fit perfectly, and slide easily in and out of the holes, but do stay tied without sliding undone. At 137 cms., perhaps they are a bit too long, but not enough to be a nuisance. How long they will hold up is yet to be determined as I've had them only a week, but they certainly feel and look sturdy enough to last as long as necessary.

These are the finest after-market laces I've ever had. Not only that, but times three! A little long but that's the fault of the crazy boot manufacturers for producing such an odd size and not Miscly (or my selection!) I have no hesitation in recommending these laces to anyone requiring a 4mm diameter lace of this length. They come in pairs - useful for those blessed with the full compliment of legs and feet - such as myself.

Miscly laces were not the cheapest, neither di they promise the fastest delivery but they promised good qualityy for the price delivered in a few working days. They actually arrived very promptly (2 days) and are nicely made. They suit the boots well (they are the 4mm promised so would look very odd on shoes) and compared with some laces they stay knotted and are easily to undo when required

I waited a while to review these laces as my Executive Style Steel Toecap Brogues (for work) absolutely ate laces until now...Not these beauties, the 1st pair of this pack of three has not even started to fray and look like they will outlive the shoes.I would have usually used 2-3pr of a more well known brand in this time.I was a little annoyed with myself for paying so much for something so primitive but let me say 'payback' has begun and I'm well happy.Perfect ... As I measured my existing laces before purchasing, these did the job. I can't say in regards to longevity as I have only had them a short time, but they are a reasonable price for three pairs, so can't complain.Will update if I have any issues with the laces themselves.

The laces were very similar to the original brogue boot laces I was replacing. Same length and colour. Only difference is these ones feel more hollow but you can only tell this by squeezing them. The look is close enough and with a pack of 3 pairs, they're good value.

I ordered three different types of these laces. I wanted one set of 3 a bit longer than the others. I needed two sets of black and one of white. The 3 packs of 3 sets of laces are exactly what I needed. They were well packaged and arrived on the due delivery date. They appear to be sturdy but time will tell whether they are long lasting.

Prompt delivery, only time will tell if they cope with mid boots that have metal lace eyes and an owner who keeps laces tight. Threaded through the lacing points easily (5mm laces a bit too tight). At £3 per lace pair the prices is reasonable but more than other options. If they last then well worth it!
