The Great Shellfish Cookbook: From Sea to Table: More than 100 Recipes to Cook at Home

Still learning how to read in Canadian but the pictures are quite nice!

Major Disappointment. I purchase cookbooks with the hope I will learn something new or for inspiration. Definitely not the case here! Other than Lobster, there too little emphasis on traditional North Atlantic staples as blue crab, clams, oyster and scallops recipes. No mention of Chesapeake Crab Cakes,steamed blue crabs or American Coastal Regional dishes. Too much wasted print on the exotics and not enough on the staples. Can not recommend this book to North Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico Shellfish lovers. I believe you will share in my disappointment.

It didn’t have the kind of recipes I was looking for

A Fantastic Cookbook for All Things Shellfish! Checked it out at the library which inspired me to purchase... and I am not disappointed. Great Recipes! Easy to Follow! Well-Organized! Most importantly - Yummy Dishes! This book also has Beautiful Photography that inspires you to try all the recipes included. Love It! Just Dive In & Treat Yourself... or another Seafood Lover!

Great recipes.
