Beautiful and fun to use
I ordered the "Klvied 12 Inch Heavy Duty Prize Wheel, 12 Slot Tabletop Color Spinning Wheel with 2 Model Clicker, Carnival Spin Wheel with Dry Erase Markers and Eraser for Trade Show, Fortune Spin Game" and it arrived quickly, but it is defective. It was very easy to assemble as many of the parts are already assembled, even parts that the directions say for you to assemble yourself. I have a more testing because after one use, the screw on the bottom of the base will not screw, so the base and the rod that holds the wheel will not connect and cannot stand up. It originally connected and screwed in, but the very first time we turned the wheel, the nut came off and the entire top part fell over. Amazon says I cannot return. I have sent an email, waiting for an answer.***The company contacted me immediately, apologized for the broken part, and is sending me a new spinner! Very pleased with the customer service!!***Update. Has been weeks, and I haven't heard from them about the replacement.***Update: I've received the replacement!! Communication was great, and the replacement works perfectly!

Prize wheel
I run a business and wanted to be able to let my customers spin the wheel to see what kind of discount they would get this have been a hit for my business and my business have taking a increase well worth the money great quality and very heavy duty

Slightly disappointed
This was very unstable and in fact the bottom nut became dislodged. Luckily I can fix, but I should have to!Otherwise, spins well. Dry erase area is convenient!

Sturdy spinning wheel!
I bought the wheel for the grandkids to choose games, activities… this summer. Sturdy base that withstands kid spinning the wheel. A hard, thick plastic disc over the printed colored choices makes erasing/ cleaning the dry erase marker very easy. Very satisfactory click-click sound when the wheel goes around. The 12” size is perfect for two kids to spin on a table- you may need a bigger size for an “event”.

Terrible design
Hoping I can return this. Used it once. The design is terrible. The wheel is too weak to hold the pins and with all of the pins in their slots, the wheel hardly spins. Used at a corporate event and would NOT recommend.

*UPDATE* Weeks after posting a 2 star review, company offered replacement or refund. I chose refund as I'm sure the replacement product wasn't going to work either. Refund was processed within a day, and was $2 more than what I paid, which was nice. Upgraded review to 3 stars for that.Great idea for an item. Were using it to make decisions for games, dinner, etc. But there are several HUGE flaws.The stand that the wheel is on is MASSIVELY faulty. Stand does not stay upright with even the slightest of spins, pitching the whole unit forward or sideways. Someone will have to hold standing bar straight from now on.Also, our red plastic arrow broke while trying to hold the stand. Poorly used superglue was all that kept it attached.No assembly instructions were in packaging so had to decipher from photo on item page.Would NOT recommend.

Love it, lots thank of fun
The media could not be loaded. My 6 year old son fell in love with spinning the wheel after we attended a fall fair. He wants to spin the wheel for choosing which toy to battle. We ended up using it for daily meal choice. I plan on taking it to work during the holiday for gifts. I use post it so I don’t have to erase the board and leave smudge. The marker that comes with it is hard to come off.

Quality not good
This item did not last very long. The triangle broke off and the stem broke off from the base. Very poor quality.

It’s a cute little size. Unfortunately cracked on assembly. The red triangular thingee. Doesn’t serve a purpose really.
