I lift early, usually to the gym by 5am. I have tried a lot of pre-workout supplements over the years and most are just so crammed full of caffeine and niacin they make me jittery, I am not down with that. I gave this stuff a go after reading some info in various places about it and I must say this is the stuff. My lifts have noticeably improved, my mood is much better, and I seem to maintain a level of energy throughout my day I haven't had since my 20's. I am only taking 2 capsules daily, in the morning about 20 minutes before hitting the gym and at 120 count per you really get your moneys worth for $20, and even cheaper if you catch it on a deal.

Been taking this for awhile and I really like the pump that it gives me during my workout. I've tired others and this one seems to give me more of a pump then others do

Not sure how effective this is but I would say it seems to work. I'm a bigger guy 6'6 280 and I've always had problems with anything working if I didn't take more than what was recommended on the box. If they got a money back I would say they it.

This a excellent product at remarkable price. I am just maintaining my metabolism. Until I can jump back and exercise like full bore banshee . Then I will buy more product and go berserk.
