Have been taking another B-Complex for years and then ran across a comment somewhere that reminded me about the water soluble nature of B vitamins and how quickly they flush from the system. Based on the reviews, decided to give these a try. Definite difference. Didn't even think about the change I'd made at first but a few days in was thinking about how my energy level seemed better. Still didn't connect the dots to this product and then with a big "duh" remembered! I also thought I was only get one bottle (which I would consider worth it) but a three pack arrived! Definitely recommend. Since every body is unique, I, nor anyone else can predict your response/results but I think they are definitely worth checking out.

These aren't available at the pharmacy for whatever reason. So bought them in a 3-pack hoping they had a long expiration date. They did! The time released is the only way to go.Doctor approved.

My Dr. recommended a B vitamin as my levels were low. Have used this formula for severalbyears and now all is well!

I judge whether a B complex time release is what it says it is by how long my expensive urine stays yellow. These keep it yellow for 12 h.Nature's Bounty seems to be a good manufacturer, and I plan to continue to buy their products.

It is a capsule, large, but easy to swallow. Might be a challenge to some.

I have been taking these for over 5 years now. I take two a day and I can feel the difference when I don't take it. I take Metformin (Glucophage) because I am borderline diabetic. I started noticing, when I first started taking Metformin, my skin went through bouts of dryness and I would get an occasional ulcer (very small sore spot) on the side of my tongue. I started reading about how Metformin lowers your b-vitamins. Well, I gave this a try and voila! No more annoying ulcer or dry skin. I would also recommend the liquid b-vitamin by Nature's Bounty for faster results. There are many benefits for taking B-Complex vitamins, I particularly prefer this brand for the consistent potency and quality. I did speak with my physician 1st before taking these so if you have any health conditions, I am by no means a doctor. It couldn't hurt to speak to your physician 1st before taking any vitamins ;)

Product arrived in good shape, was what was ordered, and the expiration date was out far enough to be more than adequate.
