I got these to extend the reach of my headset to my floor-mounted PC tower. The cord is rubberized and seems to be of a good quality. No shorts or scratchy sounds coming through.

Yes, it's just a cable and there probably shouldn't be too much to say about it -- it either works or not. But there's more to it and the reason I decided to review this.First, it's heavier duty than I expected, especially for the small cost. Second, the fit of the ends is snug and sure. Third, the red color makes it easy to see that it is a separate, extension cable.I was in search of an extension cable to extend the ear phones I use on my cell phone. It needed to be a 4-element type extension, the fourth for the microphone when speaking on the phone. I don't know if this works as an extension of a 3-element cable, so be sure this is the type of extension you need. I don't use it while using these ear phones with the cell phone normally but rather when I'm using the cell phone for music or video and it sits away from the chair I'm sitting in so I have some slack without the risk of pulling the phone off the table.You can't go wrong with this.

This extension cord does Exactly what I need it to do, extend my speaker cable from the speaker to the sound card. The gold plated tips conduct better than the silver tips which makes the sound better. I received this a lot earlier than expected so Thank you I will be using you guys again real soon.

The first one I received only worked with the left speaker. Then the seller contacted me trying to make it right. I have received the new one and the almost the same problem exists. Only with the new one I can wiggle the cord in and out and kinda get the right speaker working.Trying to use this cord with a TurtleBeach headset. It just might not be able to work with it.The seller is great and so it gets three stars.

Works perfect for that im using it for. I have it rigged up to a MightMic in my my Explorer so i can have mostly hands free calling with my Note 5. I do have a 2nd cable from the MightMic to the AUX port in my Explorers console and this cable goes from my Note 5 to the MightMic's male jack

Worked great for my devices with no quality degradation. It allowed me to move around just enough while on a phone call. Blue tooth is nice but direct attach headphones work best for me. I would recommend it to others who need to extend a simple 3.5 mm wired headset.

I have bought several of these and after learning what I needed I found these. They are well made and thick compared to some. I needed the ones that have a three section tip since my head set has a mic on it. I use these at work Monday - Friday and i am very happy with them.

carries the sound very well and got here in under 5 days although the only thing i didn't like was how tight it as plugging the male into the female port
