Do you want to feel like a Samraui holding a high quality perfectly balanced, sharp as a razor blade as you slice up a beautifully cooked brisket like a pro? that is exactly what you get with this blade! no more ruining that brisket, roast or any other meat you spent hours cooking just to hack it up like it's playing a part in a cheap horror film. my only cautions would be that you need to treat and handle this blade with RESPECT! RESPECT that this blade is always loaded and ready to slice, if it happens to be your finger(s).....

Well, I love the blades on these knives. And the first 2 I bought were amazing. Great balance, great handles, great feel...and crazy sharp.BUUUTTTTTT.....I made a brisket yesterday and used the bull nose butchers knife for the first time on said brisket. BTW, the brisket was absolutely BOMB! it was so tender, juicy, and flavorful. OM GAWD!!!But I noticed after washing the blade it has a freakin CHIP in the edge. WT FUDGE? IT'S BRAND NEW! Used once on a tender, juicey and perfect brisket.Y'all know brisket doesn't have any bones in it. And my cutting board isn't made of rock or steel... so how the heck did this bad boy end up looking like a used razor knife blade?I seriously expect more from a $100 blade.I guess I should have stuck with the Cutco knives I have used for years.

Stupid sharp
So on the product description this thing claims to have like a 9 to 12 degree angle on it which is WICKED sharp so of course I didn't belive it. But I have to say I work at steakhouse, I have to carve prime rib all night every day, This thing WORKS. I'm talking like butter had it about 6 months now. Dropped, hit against metal portions of the shams, constantly cutting and this thing hasn't chipped or taken any damage. Please make sure you sharpen it correctly after it dulls to keep that angle.

Beautiful Knife and razor sharp.
This is my first set of really nice knives. They are well built and are razor sharp. You won’t go wrong purchasing these.

Sharp and well balanced
I'm not afraid to admit, this may be more knife than I can handle. Until I cut something off accidentally, however, it's incredibly useful. Certainly it's sharp, sharp enough to be very careful around. Sharp enough that I haven't had any issues cutting anything yet. I'm not quite sure how to use the nose yet, but I'm working on it. The length is great for large chopping swathes. The heft is amazing, it feels almost like the sharpest machete I've ever handled. If it weren't such a nice item I'd be tempted to try knife throwing with it. Overall this is a fantastic knife. We'll see how long the edge holds, but I'm optimistic.
