I like it. But there are minor issues and things missing in the instructions manual
Ok, the router is handy, grips well in the hand and has a good finish. That said, there are a few issues that I ran into after I routed my first test piece. The product packaging claims that the main routing bracket is clear and see through. But I'm not convinced of this functionality and here are a few pictures that show the state of the bracket after I routed a couple of cuts on a scrap piece of MDF.As seen from these pictures, the MDF dust managed to get inside the transparent bracket completely eliminating the see through functionality.I dismantled the bottom half of the bracket by unscrewing the 4 screws and cleaned out the dust before screwing it back on.Therefore my first problem is that I may have to do cleanup or live with the dust getting inside the bracket every time I use the router. Looking closer, there is a slot on one side of this bracket into which another part, #38 is inserted. My feeling is that the dust made its way into the bracket via this slot and inserting part #38 into the main bracket will probably reduced the amount of dust getting into the main bracket. This brings me to the second problem. In the last few pages of the manual is illustrated an exploded view of the router in which part #38 is simply named "bracket" and besides this, there is really no mention of it anywhere else in the manual on how bracket is to be used. For example, the picture of the product here on Amazon shows the bracket facing downwards whilst the exploded view in the manual shows the the very same bracket flipped over.I decided to use it as shown in the exploded view and inserted bracket #38 into the main routing bracket. But there is absolutely no fit and bracket #38 falls out at every opportunity it gets!As a solution, I applied a couple of layers of masking tape to bracket #38 to stop it from falling out. When I use the tool the next time, it remains to be seen if this solution has a favorable impact on the dust problem. I hope that the manufacturer will document the use of #38 in the manual a bit more clearly. But this does not take away the fact that the tool is effective at doing what it's designed to do and therefore 4 stars!

Great router...
I got this router from somewhere else for a 1/3 of the price. This works great.. had it over a two years, use it a lot... only want a bigger one with more jig availability to do more.. for a starter router this is a great machine..
