Works as expected
Read Reviews for lots of these and found the more expensive were the same negatives as the cheaper ones! This one was cheaper than the rest and tried it for 10 mins and it was great! No impact on knees and I think if you bother to use it every day it should make a difference. Probably best used with a diet plan! I will update after sufficient use . For the price you canβt complain!

Nice balance equipment
This waist trainer is something new that I ordered to use on my short breaks at work and during my trainings. It is sturdy and easy to use. It provides a low level exercise and so far it feels good. I enjoy using this balance board.Thank you for reading my review. I hope that you found it helpful.

Arrived well packaged and feels like good quality
I brought this product to try and lose weight around my stomach. Have only used once so far, not convinced it is going to work but will keep going.

Simple design
A simple design for working out at home. Worth a try for the price and appears to work well, but I'm unsure how sturdy and long lasting it will be.
