I started taking these pills 4 days ago and it definitely suppresses my appetite, almost to the point where I forget to eat. I’ll eat my breakfast with my pill in the morning then I’m literally good for the whole day. Before I would be so hungry all the time and just start eating unhealthy foods. It doesn’t make me nauseous nor dizzy. I’m in a great mood all day. I’m excited to see the results after a month and I’ll come back with an update. 4lbs down In 4 days so it’s off to a great start. I highly recommend.

I do not like leaving negative reviews, however this product is disconcerting and I feel I must warn others. I took one before bed for two weeks. It does relax you quickly and make you drowsy. However, dreams were vivid nightmares, gave me terrible anxiety and I woke up exhausted. In that trial period, the only night that I had a pleasant, restful, good night of sleep was the one night I forgot to take liposomal saffron. I have not experienced any benefits from taking this product and will discontinue. Company does not allow returns, I now see why.

I bought this to replace another appetite suppressant supplement I had tried called caralluma fimbriata (made from a cactus that grows in India). I loooved the Caraluma... so effective for reducing appetite and cravings and very affordable! Unfortunately I had the rare side effect of it affecting my sleep so I had to stop. I don't feel this saffron helps to decrease appetite at all. I have tried different doses under different conditions but overall I feel like it does not work for that purpose. As far as help with eyesight and mood maybe it does help but that that is not what I bought it for and I can't really speak on that. I don't think I'll be purchasing this again.

I have added this to my morning routine, and so far it’s going fairly well. No adverse side effects, easy to swallow, and very reasonable price. I am new to saffron, so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but I’m pleasantly surprised and will continue to keep it in my routine.

i have tried other brands and this is the only one where I do not have to take anything else with it. It brings my moods into check. I will not buy any other brand again

This product is actually phenomenal. If you struggle to regulate your emotions and have a lot of head chatter, buy it.
