The construction of this lift wheelchair feels sturdy. It has a solid frame and holds up well for daily use.

The frame is very sturdy. But the wheels are plastic. One wheel broke the first time we use it and I can’t find a replacement. Very expensive chair for very cheap wheels.

Overall, this is a good quality chair, but it needs some design modification and much better instructions.PROS: It is designed for larger, wider, heavier people than a lot of products, so it accommodates "plus size". My husband weighs 280 and I am easily able to roll him in the chair.Chair can be used as an actual chair. The middle removable section stays put and does not sink in when sat on. The chair is sturdy and feels as though it is made from quality material.It does fit over a standard height toilet. The height of the arms on the chair is comfortable.CONS: Terrible instructions and mismarked parts. I had to take the chair apart after assembling it due to the front bar being marked as the back bar. If the bars aren't in the correct positions the catch tray cannot be removed from the front. Totally assembly, disassembly, and reassembly was well over an hour for me.The clips for the seat line up exactly with the bars that hold the catch bucket. In order to avoid the risk of breaking the plastic clips, the seat has to be moved to one side or the other from the metal rail. When the seat is move to one side, it cannot be opened without the risk of tearing the seat on the bolts. And it's not as comfortable to sit on the seat if it is not centered.It does not fit over a comfort height (taller) toilet.NEUTRAL: The foot support does not reach the floor. This is a plus if moving someone, because you would not want that foot support to drag on the floor. But I think it is a minus if using the seat as a toilet or as a shower chair. I worry what will happen over time with weight constantly being put on the foot support without it touching the floor.OVERALL THOUGHTS: If half stars were available, I probably would have rated it 3.5 stars but it's closer to 4 than 3 so that's what I decided on. With a couple of design tweaks, improved printed instructions (the video in the listing is helpful), and properly labeled parts, this would be a 5-star chair.

This product is an excellent choice for home care. It’s portable and works well in the bathroom and bedroom.

I never provide ratings but at this time, it’s not a pleasant moment due to receiving the package with NO assembly instructions. As a result, not sure how put it together to ensure that it works properly. Would love for instructions to be sent or accessible online.

I love how it functions as a commode, wheelchair, and transfer chair. Perfect for home and medical facilities.

For what was paid for this, there are NO instructions that came with this. How the hell am I supposed to put it together?
