Came with an amazing safe packing ,with original spotless MacBook box , laptop was completely spot free ,even the accessories are spot free and original , amazing picture clarity with satisfying sound quality .they are giving 1 yr warranty.

Excellent display and speaker quality!! The battery life is reasonable too! Lasts around 6-8 hrs!!

This MacBook was rarely used and mostly kept idle. When I recently tried to power it on, it was totally dead. The repair center checked and said it was not repairable—and even if repaired, the cost would be nearly the same as buying a new one. Very disappointing for such an expensive product. My advice: better invest in a first-hand new device for reliability.

The charger I received with the MacBook doesn’t work and it seems it’s not original part.

I received a macbook with a non working webcam and a service required battery! I had to return it.

Guy please invest your valuable money in the genuine product, what these sellers are selling is a refurbished cheap quality laptop, within the week I purchased charger exploded, keyboardstop working, sometime screen alsoflikering, poor web cam quality , i9 works like i3 laptop, battery latest only 1.5 hours, casing changed, I assume these laptop had been taken from the grabbage, and changed the look to sell it. Don't waste your money on this cheap product guys

Delivered on time. The macbook pro 16 inch is in a very good state “refurbished excellent condition”. Nothing to say. Just a scratch but you almost can’t see it on the corner. Display in perfect condition and everything working fine! 5🌟

All'inizio ero un po' scettico, ma devo dire che questo MacBook Pro ha superato le mie aspettative. Arrivato rapidamente grazie alla spedizione espressa, il prodotto era esattamente come descritto. Esteticamente, il MacBook è praticamente perfetto. I pochissimi segni d'usura sono visibili solo con una lente d’ingrandimento, il che è impressionante per un prodotto di seconda mano. Inoltre, la batteria è completamente nuova, un dettaglio che ha davvero fatto la differenza per me. Sono davvero soddisfatto dell'acquisto e lo consiglierei a chiunque stia cercando un MacBook Pro in ottime condizioni a un buon prezzo!

After an initial mix up where the seller sent the wrong item, this was resolved fairly quickly and I received the right model last week. I’m upgrading from a 13” model so this is a lovely piece of hardware and a big step up for my work flow as the 16” screen size will make working so much easier! Apple have reverted back to their butterfly keys again so the keyboard is a joy to use compared with the previous (early 2019) 15” model. Other improvements are the bigger screen, less bevels and the ESC key is back! Makes a big difference, despite it seeming like small incremental changes. I’m looking forward to using it. Note: as this is an Amazon Renewed purchase, the machines are slight seconds so may have some cosmetic imperfections, but they are very minor and in no way impede the performance of the laptop. My advice would also be to check the spec when you receive the item and contact the seller via Amazon if you have any questions as he’s quick to respond. The seller was very helpful when I realised I had been sent the wrong model by mistake and paid for the return of the wrong item when he sent me the right one. Good customer service 👍🏼
