I looked through thousands of different sofas at different prices! We were looking for a light, corner, and definitely a fold-out sofa! We found it! Ideal in quality, size, comfortable for everyday sleep! Beautiful color, soft pillows, convenient storage system! This is the best purchase. Delivery on time, quick and easy to assemble. The seller called to warn about several boxes upon delivery, and after delivery he called to ask if everything was fine! Excellent service!

Genuinely love the couch! I even bought an extra seat and use it as a foot rest. It’s good quality and super comfortable! I like the color a lot. It’s a lovely velvet black and just goes so well with my home. I will say it was slightly smaller than I would’ve thought but honestly I think it actually worked out best because I think it fits the space better than I was expecting so a super plus! Wasn’t missing any parts and really easy to put together! Very simple ! Highly recommend! I also got it on sale and it was worth every dollar spent!

A last the perfect couch to fit the whole family! and it looks fantastic.plus: velvet is so easy to clean, lots of storage, many configurations possible, easy to assemble, very comfortable (despite some reviews saying too hard) and so stylish!minus: the back of the couch does not go all the way to the top of the cushions and those cushions seem a bit flimsy. It is still super confortable and not a problem at all but I wonder if in the future it might become one. But I love this couch so much that I will simply replace the inside with a high quality foam.love love love this couch!

So comfortable and super easy to assemble I was able to do it by myself! I love the different compartments and how I can rearrange it to my liking The fabric is really nice to where I don’t have to worry about my dog messing it up. Just over all great and perfect size for my living room. Also the seller have great communication and were really attentive before the couch arrived and after to make sure everything was delivered in a timely fashion.

We love this sectional couch! It’s perfect for our living room, and not too big! One side of the couch pulls out for a chaise option/sleeper bed, and the other side offers a good amount of storage space (we put our blankets in there). It’s pretty comfy too, and you can’t really beat that price!The couch was fairly simple to put together, the pieces are just heavy and awkward to handle. If you have someone to help I’m sure that would make it a lot easier!The couch is supposed to come in five boxes, but they sometimes (as in my case) ship separately. I received the first four boxes in one shipment, and the corner piece arrived two days later. The seller was very kind and got me the tracking info for the final package, and even reached out to make sure everything arrived okay! 10/10 customer service experience.I’m very happy with this purchase, and would definitely recommend!

I got my couch on 5/3. I like the couch, but it was missing 3 cushions and 4 legs. I contacted the company and they said they they would send the missing cushions and legs. I recieved the cushions and still no legs. At this point I'm very frustrated because they didn't send the legs or the cushions with the initial order, they have the opportunity to fix it and still didn't send all of the pieces and parts. I had to work with them through Amazon to resolve the issue.Update: Customer service did send the missing cushions and legs and provided a refund however, I have now had the couch for one month and two of the cushions have begun to unravel terribly with minimal use. I contacted the company about it and they said because they provided a refund they will not assist with the unraveling cushions. This couch is of poor quality and I cannot recommend them. Instead of helping with the cushions which would be the right thing to do, I was told that I could go to their store and purchase new ones.

I like this couch. That being said, it’s not quite what I expected and if it wasn’t a huge pain to disassemble and rebox, I’d probably have returned it.Firstly, I bought it with the hopes that it would actually serve as a queen size guest bed. It seemed like the measurements online were pretty close to that of a queen. Reality was not the same, though. It’s much longer but not as wide. Thus, bedding didn’t fit well.Secondly, it was really hard. For people who like firm mattresses, that’s fine, I guess. But my kids all said it was really firm. Even with a foam mattress topper, they didn’t care for it.Third, the blue color I got was more denim-ish than I expected. Not a problem, per se, just didn’t look quite like the pictures.And lastly, it’s not complicated to assemble, but it was a workout. And it does kind of feel like it is just kind of stuck together.Overall, it’s fine. It is for a basement family room area and kids will be using it. So it’s fine. I was kind of in a hurry to get something, and I wish I’d waited a little longer/not just jumped right away. My sister and I found essentially the exact same concept but better quality/comfort and a more accurate size (a legitimate queen size bed)at the pottery barn outlet two weeks later and only a little more expensive than this. But it’s fine.

Trying to find a black sleeper sectional locally was impossible. Took a gamble and purchased this couch The price was good, assembly was easy enough, measurements were exact, and it’s sooooo comfortable. Absolutely love the addition of storage. Contacted customer service due to a small rip on a cushion and they corrected the issue immediately. Very satisfied!
