Seems well made and all functions easy to operate, keeps good time so far. Will update after period of use.

This is a nice comfortable watch to wear but on the back it says Waterproof as all the watches I have had. I have just put them on and never took them . I have never had any problems with showering. Even though this watch says waterproof on the back and on the front page of the description. Apparently it is not.

A smart looking men’s watch which at current price of £21.99 is good value relative to the wider watch market. It comes with battery installed and already working out of the box, has a genuine leather strap and, so it claims, it is waterproof.The watch does have a couple of drawbacks for me though – one being that the watch band buckle is fixed into the leather right next to the fixing clasp (please see photos) meaning that the band cannot move up and down the strap to stop the watch strap from hanging out the back of your wrist (please see photos). This may not be an issue for those with large wrists but for example, my wrist is 18.5cm and for tight fit have to use the 2nd smallest hole and strap overhangs too much. The other drawback being the strap at around 18mm wide is on the thin side for a man’s watch.With those out of the way, and again coming back to the price point and how that fits into the wider watch market, this is a good value men’s watch that will look good for formal and social occasions. The around 40mm diameter watch face is a good size and looks great.The watch also comes in a box with a cushion (please see photos) which would make this ideal as a gift.With all of the above considered I am giving this 4 stars with 1 star reduced for the belt buckle band being fixed too close to the fixing clasp.
