We bought this mainly for our 3 year old Dachshund who has anxiety - and was terrified and refused to use doggy stairs - and has trouble jumping up on our bed.No assembly required. We opened the box, pulled it out, and unfolded it.The attached video is about 10 minutes after opening. And many training treats. We started with putting one treat per raised tread and worked it down to one treat for up and one treat for down. We also started the training with the ramp pointing out into the room, and once they did it once or twice, we moved it to the end of the bed, which is where we want it to stay.Our Shih Tzu was doing it pretty consistently after about five minutes, although she did like to cheat and just jump up on the top if she could. It took the dachshund longer, but It didn’t scare her like the steps did.I like that it had many settings for angle of the ramp. We set it down lower for an easier angle and a little hop up onto the bed instead of all the way up on the bed and having the higher angle. It is also very sturdy and doesn’t fall over when they climb up it.I’m sure we will need more sessions with the training before they start using it on their own, but I feel very hopeful about it.Overall, it seems to be good quality, convenient, and the dogs liked it. Definitely a winner!

I have a dachshund who loves to jump on and off the bed, couch, etc. Now with this ramp it makes it so much easier on his joints and mobility. Great quality, very sturdy. Wide variety of movement as far as how low or high you want it. Very nice leather handle that makes it portable as well. Great size ramp for any middle dog. Great value for money!

The ramp is very well made and works well. Our dog will use it with training. It easily folds for storage and easy to adjust different heights. The only drawback is the size, but I knew our dog would not use a ramp that did not feel sturdy and this one does!

Arrived slightly damaged. Wood on the side was a little split but not compromising the overall integrity at all. Didn’t bother me enough to return. The adjustability is great but if you need it to go higher than 16 inches at the top, the ramp may be too steep to be of use. (Works fine for our couch but would never work for an average bed.) the carpet part is ridged which helps for grip. The carpet material itself is a little rough. It’s clearly going to be hard to vacuum anything off it. (Think about vacuuming your car’s floor mats.) My dog used it right away. He’s a mixed breed 20lbs. Seems very sturdy so far. We use it on carpet so we don’t have any advice on how it would stay in place on hard floors. Overall pleased. I mean it’s a ramp. Your dog is either going to use it or not. Would buy again.

I have a Frenchie that I’m trying to keep from jumping on/off the bed to protect his joints. This ramp is great. I have a similar one for my couch but it doesn’t have the little anti-slip bars. It took my dog some getting used to but the bars definitely make a difference and he doesn’t have to get a “running start” before he uses it. It stays at the end of my bed but I love that I can fold it up if I ever need to or change the height if I use it for a different area or get a different bed. It’s very sturdy and doesn’t wobble when my dog uses it. He feels secure on it and I’m confident that it will hold up for a long time

This is the perfect size ramp for the average couch. It came assembled and also has a nice carrying handle.
