Good price, medium firm support with pocket coils works well with an adjustable bed. Nice product.

This is not THE best bed I’ve ever had, but for the price it’s pretty incredible. When sleeping, you can feel ridges and seams in the bed, but it’s extremely comfortable. I bought a thin (roughly 1”) down mattress topper to put over it for about $80 & that made all the difference. For under $400, it’s now very likely more comfortable than mattresses I’ve paid more than twice as much for. It’s a great find.

Mattress is what it’s described. Firm yet soft. Arrived fast, we let it open/rest for 4 days before using. no odor at all. Good deal for the price.

We’ve had our mattress a couple weeks now. Not hard at all, can feel softness under sheet, back pain is much better, sleep quality is fantastic, gave 5 stars because of no disappointments!

Good sleep, husband wake up and get out of bed and I feel no movement, not hard, not soft. Really worth the price 😊

We just got this yesterday for our guest bedroom. It was actually light enough that my husband could carry it upstairs (where we needed 2 people to get a Purple gel mattress up there once) and at 48# I will still be able to push the bed around to rearrange periodically and get fitted sheets on & off it easily. It was well packaged and clean. It fluffed right up when we opened the package and honestly, there was no chemical smell at all (and I’m super sensitive to candles & perfumes). It’s amazingly comfortable too! I haven’t slept on it, but I dare say it might even be more comfy than our expensive Sleep Number mattress. It won’t get much use but I think it’s a perfect as well as budget friendly addition to our guest room. Note, this review requires me to assign stars to how it rates for sleeping so I’m giving everything 5 for now but will come back and update if we find anything different.

Edit**Changed from 1 star to 3 stars just because they did end up contacting me after this review and honored the 100 night guarantee. I hope I only got a bad mattress and not all of them are like the one I got. Just remember after 30 days it may be harder to get a refund if your mattress fails like mine did.Very uncomfortable even from the beginning. The foam on top has failed and it’s only been a month and a half. I tried reaching out to Coolvie support about the supposed “100 day sleeping guarantee” and apparently their website is no longer working and they don’t respond to emails. There is also a Facebook page on the paper that came with the bed and it was either never real or it has been taken down. I bought this mattress thinking it would be ok because if I didn’t like it they would stand by their product, but apparently they have no intention to do so. My only hope is that they see this review and respond in some way to make it right. I am not hopeful, but I want to keep anyone else from making the same mistake. You may not have better luck than me, but you can certainly not have worse luck.
