This is the perfect skimmer. The extension makes it easy to pick up debris. The mesh is strong and catches mulk annd algae from my koi pond. I highly recommend this skimmer.

We wanted a skimming net for our pool but didn’t want to spend a crazy amount. This one is perfect! It’s good for getting bugs, dog hair, grass, etc., out. It’s easy to use and I love that it can be shortened if needed.The only con is it is a little bit flimsy but not to the point where we’re scared it’s going to break.

I’ve bought multiple nets for my pool and every single one of them didn’t pickup the tiny debris. Honestly, I had no high hopes when buying this one because I caught it on sale for $10. This net works better than any other net I’ve bought. Even when you think the pool vac got every thing you can walk around and still get the tiny debris with this. I love that I can make the handle longer or shorter depending if I want to get in the pool or not. I also really like how the plastic is thicker than most other nets that I’ve bought. I would definitely recommend this net to anyone!

Everything about the net is great and easy to use. You can fling the net and all of the grass and dirt comes out easily. The net is great. The telescopic idea is great. It is just very flimsy. I have a kiddie pool and it feels like the pole is going to snap any minute with the pressure from the water when I move it back and forth. I can't imagine using this in a big pool it would not work. Again. Everything is great but the pole is not very strong.

The net material on these inexpensive nets seems to last a single season. This one was a few dollars cheaper than the one I bought last year, and after it arrived I can see why. The handle pieces attach but don't lock tightly into place, which makes the whole thing wobble a bit. The handle is also hollow, so it fills up with water and, if you're using it like I am to scoop bugs out of the pool, promptly pours the water from the handle into your face when you lift it. Look, I'm not looking for a life-changing experience at this price point but I have my doubts as to whether this one will last through the entire summer. I hope it does (and I'll be surprised), but if not I'll be spending a few more bucks and moving up in quality a bit from this one.
