I've been looking everywhere for a pill that has both iron and vitamin-c in it (taking vitamin-c at the same time as iron allows the iron to be absorbed quicker/more efficiently), so I'm really glad I found this product! I donate blood regularly, so I make sure to take iron in between donations. There wasn't any funky taste and the pills were easy to swallow. I'd recommend this for anyone who needs to take iron

Easy to swallow.These pills are great as the vitamin c helps the iron absorb.No ill effects after taking. No repeat flavor or indigestion after taking.Bottle comes clearly labeled with easy to read and follow instructions and ingredients list.I do find that I get constipated when taking iron so make sure you take other means to help with that.

Non Constipating
I've never had to take iron on a regular basis before. Now that I do my doctor has recommended that I take this form, iron glycinate, because it is non constipating and better absorbed than others. I think I have taken at least a half dozen other brands but this one by NaturesMyst has agreed with me the most. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I did not notice any taste or after burps or GI issues. It is even coupled with Vitamin C which I read makes Iron more absorbable. It was suggested I take this with a meal and with the evening meal. I also read you should take it 2 hours away from Calcium. If you have to take iron this is a good brand to take. NaturesMyst is made in the USA. This supplement is nonGMO and manufacuted in a cGMP facility. The cost is very reasonable as well.
