Got the bed almost all the way assembled just to realize one part had mistreding for a screw, one was cut too short, and several screws were missing all together. Contacted Amazon customer service and they could not get replacement parts, only replace the whole bed which had already be assembled… not only that but the manufacturer only gave an address on the other side of the US to get parts from. No phone number or website to reach them at… really frustrating experience.

My son has a small room, maybe 10x10, and we need more functional furniture. We have 8ft ceilings and this bed was a perfect mid-loft bed. Height was great. My son is 10 and very into gaming, we did not attach the desk underneath, bc he needs more space and it does not effect the bed at all. Wobbles a smidge, nothing concerning or worrying. Steps are heavy duty. Way better than a ladder. Did not take us long to assemble, but we used a drill, not the allen wrench it comes with. The metal slats took the longest to put together, definitely need two people for that part. Would buy again.
