im been using multiple vitmamin capsules a day and its gotten really annoying. Sometimes im on the road and i forgot one and a couple go missing so i've just been using these and so far theyre pretty good. They got every or many vitamins I need and its better to take one than like 7 of them. I feel better than not taking them so they're definitely doing something. 5 star for me

The product itself was a rather large pill; which for me is not a problem but for others it might be a bit of a deterrent. I really enjoyed how it increased my appetite and energy levels within the first couple of days, also was a great way of helping with breathing exercises and workout regimens. The packaging was clean, captivating to the eye and came sealed tightly. The design itself, I personally liked due to its unique qualities and its effectiveness.

I was waiting for this to be great because of other good reviews I've read. After taking this for a couple of weeks the results weren't that great for me. The energy it gave me for my workouts was barely noticeable. I always try to be as healthy as possible. I don't eat meat, and I don't drink any supplements for my workouts like creatine or other things. Still, I was curious to try this. Swallowing these pills is super easy and regarding flavor, I can't comment because they don't have any flavor when I swallow them. I do appreciate that the ingredients are good things for your body though.Overall, I give this a 3.8. These are not for me, but I encourage other guys to try and experience them for themselves as the results could be different.
