Best Investment in my fitness I've ever made!
Husband's review: I absolutely LOVE this machine! I own the PPC02 and its awesome. That said I sure wished I got the one with cables. FFW a year later and I saw this beast on sale around XMas and I pulled the trigger. I researched the Mikolo M4 as well as basically any and all other related cages and this one had way better youtube reviews as well as it's a company that I know and trust. Their customer service is excellent. Any and all issues I've ever had (very few) were handled promptly and in a friendly manner to my absolute satisfaction. Some people complained but my experience has been great. They're busy so you don't get an immediate reply but seriously email response day of or next day is awesome! And they care about their customers. It's very clear. If you're on the fence between this and the competitors I strongly suggest watching some comparison videos. It punches above its' weight on the price front. It's more stable. It's a better machine than the others at this price point and some above it. This thing is easy to build, it took me less time than it did to build my other cage that has far less features. It's well built. It's sturdy. One issue i had with my previous cage was it wobbled when doing certain exercises. Nothing unsafe but it was annoying. It LOOKS amazing! I sometimes just go in the garage and stare at it. Not kidding. the cables are pretty smooth (I didn't get the 2.0 so i don't have aluminum cables but I'm ordering them when they're in stock). Spend the extra hundred and get the aluminum. The vinyl are solid, no complaints. But it's worth it to get the aluminum from what others say. The smith is awesome! Didn't realize I'd like it so much as I feel like smiths are more for beginners but i was wrong. Great for learning new movements, working on form, etc. J hooks and spotter arms are well made. Smith bar works well. Pulleys are pretty smooth (will update when I get aluminum). Pull up bar is dope. The Landmine attachment is great. And the cable sliders work very well. May need to play around with the tightness of the knob but you'll get it fast. Don't go too tight or you'll scratch it up. And the storage hooks with the RitFit face plate bring it full circle. And it is sturdy. I need to stress that. I don't even have it bolted in and I've put a lot of weight on the spotter arms. It stays in place. I also have lever arms that used to rock my old cage even weighted down. On this not a chance. It may rock a tiny bit but it stays firmly footed. Overall its one of the best investments I've ever made. I'm excited to work out. I can do everything with it. It's beaitufil and the customer service is excellent. Also watch our for their Challenges! I just got a $600 gift card for their 21 Day Challenge! How many companies do that for their customers! Their FB page is a beautiful community as well. God Bless ya RitFit! Happy Customer!

Solid Home Gym Centerpiece With Great Performance and Even Better Customer Service
I’ve been using the RitFit M1 cage and Smith machine since August, so I’ve had a solid three months of consistent weekly strength training with it. It arrives in three large boxes: one for the Smith machine and two for the power cage. Assembly isn’t difficult piece by piece, and I was able to put it together alone without much trouble. During assembly I ran into an issue at step 3: one of the plate carriage plugs was impacted and broken right out of the box. Because of that, the guide bar couldn’t pass through since the opening was misaligned. After checking all the parts, I also found both J-hook plastic side pieces were cracked. These were factory issues since they were packaged deep inside the components. I reached out to RitFit with photos, and their customer service responded quickly. They sent replacement plugs and J-hook pieces right away, and four days later I was able to continue assembly without any further issues. The fast support definitely made the hiccup easier to overlook. Once assembled, the machine has been excellent. We use the rack for around 90% of our workouts, which has replaced a lot of our dumbbell work: curls, shoulder presses, various rows, triceps, and more. The Smith machine itself feels great to use. The glide is smooth, and loading more weight still feels balanced and controlled. The built-in storage in the back for the barbell and plates is convenient, but you do need to plan for some extra space behind the cage for easy access and fit. That’s something I didn’t account for at first, but it worked out. The cable crossover system is one of my favorite parts. The pulleys adjust quickly up or down and move smoothly during all the typical exercises: crossovers, chest work, rows, triceps, and more. One thing we did notice at the lowest peg is that when doing leg work with ankle attachments, you really need something to step on to unhook your ankles. The rack comes with one foot holder that works perfectly for that, but if two people are doing leg work on both sides at the same time, only one person has access to that step. The landmine attachment is another highlight. It locks the barbell securely into place, unlike my previous machine where the bar just slid in and could pop right out. This one feels much safer and more stable during landmine presses, rows, and rotations. The only drawback we’ve found is for my wife, who is 5'2". For hip thrusts and glute bridges, the Smith machine springs sit in the way since they’re always attached. She can’t get low enough without elevating herself using blocks. Aside from that very specific issue, it’s been a great addition to our home gym. Overall, it’s a powerful, versatile machine with excellent build quality, smooth functionality, thoughtful attachments, and responsive customer service. It has completely upgraded our home workouts.

Great Value & Awesome Customer Service
Here's what you need to know... when you order this power cage - RitFit M1 Pro Smith Machine. It will be shipped in three separate boxes/shipments that will probably take a week or two to fully arrive. I had two on UPS and one on FedEx that trickled in over a 10-day period. Had I known this going in, I would have just waited for all the boxes to arrive before attempting assembly. With a little more patience on my part, setup could have gone more smoothly. The second thing to be aware of is that these boxes are extremely heavy, and they get banged around during shipping. You may end up with a damaged part. I had one of the upper cross bars that was damaged and unusable. But what I can say is... after reaching out to RitFit, they immediately responded and shipped out the replacement; arriving in just a couple days. I ended up asking them some follow up questions, etc., and they were extremely responsive and thoroughly helpful. I was so happy with their support, I subsequently bought some RitFit weight plates, dumbbells, bench, and other accessories. Finally; at the end of the day, the equipment exceeded my expectations for strength, construction and function! For the money ("great value"), I don't think I could have found a better product which includes the stellar customer experience. I bought this for my high school age son who is a multiple sport athlete, and now my wife and I are both using it. It's very versatile and we can accomplish everything that could be done at the gym. My only regret is that I didn't order the weight stack attachment. With three of us using different weight amounts for the cable system, it can be cumbersome constantly changing the weight plates. Otherwise, we all love it.

Great piece of equipment!
This arrived sooner than expected. Item arrived in three boxes and assembly was pretty straightforward. Use the rectangular brackets with the hole on either end for the bottoms of each post. No mention of those in the instructions manual. Took under 2 hours with two people. Customer service was phenomenal. One of the J hooks and protective cover for the base arrived damaged. I sent an email and got a response the same day. Replacement parts were sent immediately free of charge. They do back their product and stand by their customers. As for functionality, this is a very sturdy and heavy duty peice of equipment. I love it so far. I do get the sense that this is the last piece of equipment I will ever need. Smith machine is smooth and quiet with the added security of the safety catches. The J hooks and saftey bar are strong and will catch a failed repition. I did test it out. The arms that hold the weight plates are strong and currently holding (4) 45 pound plates on each side and can fit one more. Buy this product. Trust me.

So many scratches...
To start, the rack is excellent, but be prepared for some frustration along the way if you go with this product. SO MANY SCRATCHES!!!!!!! This thing looked like it had been used for two years, then disassembled and shipped back to the factory, where they drove a forklift over it a few times then reboxed it and shipped it to me. I know it will get scratched and scuffed in regular use, but I wanted to be the one responsible for the scratches, not to have it arrive on day one wrecked. I ended up fully painting each piece with automotive paint, which fortunately I have with the needed painting equipment. For anyone else, you'd be very frustrated because you could not professionally repaint it. Also, when you get to the last couple bolts, it will be difficult to line them up, as the rack is lighter weight steel (14 gauge) which I knew going in, but it does torque slightly as you go along and makes the last couple bolts challenging. I resorted to a hammer for the last two bolts and got the job done. Once assembled, it's excellent, reliable, functional and looks awesome. The Smith bar weighs in at just under 45 pounds of resistance and the cable trolleys are coming in just under 9 pounds of resistance by themselves, in case anyone was wondering. The onboard plate storage is great and set up is easy. I did it by myself in about 3 hours.

Stunning
I’ve had this for about a year now and it is amazing. Plenty of different hook ups to do a ton of workouts. Easy to build! It’s super stable and the cables are smooth when using it. Plenty of space for extra weights. Separate cable pulleys make it easy for supersets so you don’t have to adjust every exercise.

Great workout
This has got to be one of the best purchases that I have made in recent years. The cage was pretty easy to put together, you will need 2 people. Once together, the cage is sturdy and feels really stable when using it. We’ve had it about a week. And have used it several times. I loved that I had a choice of colors. I went with black. The machine is smooth, comes with all the accessories needed for a good workout. H&L are really easy to work with. We had a couple questions, they were answered fully answered. We did have a couple of pieces that were damaged in shipping, this was taken care of right away. They are great to work with.Would recommend this cage to anyone looking to start lifting weights.

Great Price and Quality
I received it a week earlier then it said it would come, instructions were pretty easy to follow some items had red tape and green tape to differentiate left or right but the instructions didn’t tell you what was what but you knew red was one side green was the other, it had 2 broken pieces in the box they were just plastic guides hopefully they will replace. It took me 2 Hrs and 15 mins to assemble by myself. Overall I’m very happy with the quality, it’s very sturdy and well made, definitely would recommend 2 people like the instructions say but I’m alone so it was me, it came in 3 boxes and they are pretty heavy so get help.
