Product good but very surprised it did not include hose to connect to water nor spray gun. Surely these are essential for product to function?

We installed this item on our Shepherds huts campsite in Co. Roscommon, Ireland and it works wonderfully. Really strong adjustable jet and it's so just so easy to use. There is a push button on the shower head and once you've hit that you've got hot water instantly. The burner is quiet and there is a little window so you can see the flame burning away. The drain down pipe was broken in box when it arrived but the seller has refunded us for that and with a little help from the local repair shop we fixed it. We have been a promised replacement part. There are no fittings for the gas tank so you'll need a regulator, the hose ( get at least 3m) and also the attachment to the unit. Strictly speaking you're supposed to get a gas fitter to do this but yet again the local helpful repair shop supplied and fitted the part ( East Brothers) It's pity they don't supply the gas fittings with the unit as it would be a lot less hassle. They don't ship to Eire for some reason but I had it delivered to add address in Northern Ireland. Since Brexit this the really the only way to go and customs and couriers extra are just a complete nightmare now. Finally we are going to get a timed push button fitted like in gyms/ swimming pools to discourage our guests from spending too long in the shower.

Bought for a camping event based on reviews so decided to spend more for water flow and customer service - we hope! A bit confusing about where to set up box with length of gas and water tubing being only about 1 meter, but instructions say to set up a meter away from timber and people.Since ours is a temporary setup we mounted the box on galvanized metal sheet over plywood and will figure out a better setup in future. The regulator had us confused too because it did come with one for propane, but connectors are different for Ireland and I think the one supplied is maybe for US or new type of green propane bottle. After a trip to the store for regulator and D batteries it fired up nicely and we hope to get some good use out of it, ideally being able to service 2 showers at same time but unclear if that will work. Read that customer service is good so hope we made a good choice!

After trying to heat my 3300l pool with copper pipe in various ways this shower unit is the best thing I have bought in a while.Start temp was 19c and took 2 hours with NO 20 min cut off to reach 33c sending 60c hot water into the pool.Could of done it faster as it will kick out 75c plus but to increase flow, safe gas and preserve the unit I had the gas supply turned down, which is amazing for a fully adjustable shower unit.To connect to a orange gas supply pipe you will need a 1/2" to LPG fulham fitting plus the DD batteries to power the unit.So far I am supper impressed and it is worth the extra cost compared to cheaper versions all day.It is installed on the side of my shed 8m away from the pool with 6mm concrete board to protect from heat and is fed directly from my clean water return from my pool pump no extra pump needed.Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of heating a pool with auto cut off peace of mine.

Had the previous make as well and lasted a good amount of time but this upgrade is great and had to call customer service due to using in cold weather and they were fantastic.I use this heavily for more than six months and it's great.

What's not to like.Great contact with company staff who were amazing and friendly.product had two years with no issues.great bit of kit .don't hesitate to buy this for reassurance and quality.thanks again ,jay

This product has been a good upgrade to a similar outdoor water heater I had. It provides much improved flow of hot water. After 9 months a serious problem did arise with it but, having contacted the supplier via the Amazon website, they carefully went over the problem with me and decided it was necessary to send me a replacement. The replacement arrived very promptly.

Franchement je suis bluffé par cet engin qui est capable de chauffer de l'eau avec une bouteille de butane ou de propane.Super facile à installer, on installe une arrivée d'eau, on installe l'arrivée de gaz et hop !Il est prévu pour être fixé au mur, installation aisée.Un écran LCD permet de connaître la température de l'eau.Le pommeau est de qualité correcte et possède 3 types de sortie d'eau.Je trouve que la pression à la sortie est bonne, malgré le fait que la pression à l'arrivée ne soit pas complètement folle.Je suis vraiment ravi de cet appareil qui possède un bon rapport qualité prix

Ce chauffe-eau à gaz est vraiment pratique, surtout pour une utilisation en extérieur comme au camping ou dans le jardin à côté de la piscine pour se rincer après.J'aime particulièrement sa capacité à fournir un débit d'eau important, tout en étant très facile à utiliser.La possibilité de pouvoir régler la température de l'eau avec précision est également un gros avantage. C'est pratique d'avoir un contrôle total sur la température de l'eau, surtout que chaque membre de la famille a ses préférences.Il est conçu de tel manière qu’il empêche le vent ou les éclaboussures d'interférer durant son fonctionnement.De même avec la ventilation très efficace qui évite la surchauffe et les émanations.Pratique aussi : la possibilité d’utiliser aussi bien du gaz butane que propane, si on l’utilise dans un camping-car, cela facilitera l’achat de la bouteille selon le pays où l’on voyage.La puissance totale de 32 kW est tout à fait suffisante pour un chauffe-eau portable comme celui-ci.Il répond donc entièrement à mes besoins actuels et pourrait même être installé à l’avenir dans une petite salle de bain d’appoint que j’envisage de construire

Habe eine Außendusche gebaut und wollte für die eher kalten Tage einen Gasdurchlauferhitzer ran bauen. Der Durchlauferhitzer ist ideal. Kaltes Wasser wird auf über 50 Grad erhitzt. Ja, man kann sich verbrennen. Installation war problemlos möglich. Für mich das passende Gerät.

Bon produit, rapport/qualité prix correct. Ce matériel est simple à installerpour un bricoleur.. cependant un petit regret la notice uniquement en anglais, par ailleurs il serait à mon sens utile d'indiquer de façon claire le sens des piles à mettre en place..
