This yoga mat is exactly what I was looking for. I have sacroiliac joint pain and have to do stretches on the floor and wanted something soft and comfortable yet supportive to use on a wooden floor. This mat does the job perfectly as it doesn’t hurt my knees or back when stretching. It offers enough absorption to support you when moving around and in my case - trying to stand back up again!The colour purple is absolutely beautiful and the carry handle is really handy too. It’s much thicker than expected but still very lightweight.Yes, you do get a few scuffs with use but it arrived in perfect condition. The carry handle leaves a few imprints but they seem to even out - like memory foam. I would highly recommend this yoga mat and after looking at many others on Amazon I’m certain I made the right choice with this one! 💜👍🏼😀

I received the mat as a present, I couldn't choose better myself. The mat is very comfortable to use, nice and thick, perfect for my pilates twice a week. It gives you very good sense of stability as it grips firmly to the floor with no sliding. The size is great - I am 5.4 and I have plenty of room to use I like how you can easily roll it up and an additional strap allows easy carrying it. The purple is bright enough but doesn't hurt your eyes Overall I am very happy to have it.

One of the main pros of this yoga mat is that it's quite thick. This makes it comfortable to use, even when doing poses that put a lot of pressure on your joints. I also appreciate that it's quite large, which gives me plenty of space to move around and try different positions.Another pro is that it comes with a carrying strap. This makes it easy to take with me to yoga class or when I'm traveling. I don't have to worry about awkwardly carrying it under my arm or trying to fit it into a bag.Unfortunately, there is one significant con to this mat: it can be easy to slip on. I've found that, especially when I start to sweat, my hands and feet can slide around on the mat. This can be frustrating, as it can throw off my balance and make it difficult to hold certain poses.

Liked the mint green colour and is a nice thick yoga mat, very comfy especially as need some softness when doing floor exercises. Like that the mat also doesn’t roll up like others I’ve had. Good quality mat for the price.

I research things a lot before I buy them and I defiantly made the right choice with this mat. Comfortable and easy to wipe down and clean. The anti-slip is really good too. I've used it plenty on long shagpile carpet as well as laminated floor, it holds in place great on both.I've used it everyday since I bought it 5 months ago and it has very minimal signs of wear and tear. That being said, I use it WITHOUT shoes on, just socks 99% of the time.Overall I would recommend this to any friends or family looking for an exercise mat.
