Gear and Sprocket was a Perfect fit.
Replaced the worn-out parts on my Sears Craftsman 1/2 hp garage door opener and this was the perfect replacement and perfect fit. Garage door opener works great now.

Serviceable, but inferior to original
The set has all the parts necessary to rebuild a Liftmaster opener. The kit comes with instructions and a breakdown diagram of the shaft and the motor, although I'm not 100% positive is actually correct - make sure to take picture and note the order of washer etc along the way.Several things that I did not like was the 'mushroom hat' part - it looks like someone chew it off, the sprocket - it looks like it has been stamped whereas the original looks like it was forged and maybe hardened, and the spring washer - it is clearly thinner than the original one. Additionally, the replacement shaft had some wobble to it while rotating in the hat, while the original was perfectly straight. It would have probably worked fine as is, but I ended up swapping the plastic gear into my original shaft and using the original spring washer and the original stop collar.Other notes. If you try to replace the worm gear - note impressions from the two stop collar bolts on the shaft. They protrude above the surface of the shaft and could make removal of the bushing a real chore. You could either file them down or use a gear puller. I ended up using a home depot 'HDX Faucet Handle and Sleeve Puller' that worked quite nicely. Also, once everything is back together - be prepared for the excess grease to fling around from the gears once you turn the opener on. You can put a few paper towels on either side of the shaft to catch the excess on the first run or two.

Worked like new when done.
