Wanted this car seat because it doesn't have any chemical flame retardants. I believe it meets safety requirements by the weave of it fabric instead. It is a reasonable price unlike many other products that are free of those chemicals.The clicktight install for the base is fantastic. It is incredibly secure with very little effort compared to all the other car seats I have used. It can also be used without the base which is helpful for traveling. As LO grows, the straps do have to be adjusted manually, but I don't mind that much. Padding is washable which is useful when LO has the inevitable blowout.

Expecting our first baby and this was the car seat that i chose. i spent countless nights up doing research on the different brands and different types. The Britax Willow S was the end decision. I’ve had experience with other brands such as Graco, Chicco and britax as well with family babies. Britax seems to be the brand that manufactures the best quality of car seat. it’s lightweight but durable, the colors are vibrant, and the material is soft for your baby and well cushioned. I can’t wait to be able to take my baby home in this and feel safe driving.

The ClickTight feature alone is enough to have made this purchase one of the best I've ever made for our third child! After SO MUCH struggling with installing other car seats for my first two children, this has been a serious upgrade, worth every penny in my opinion. No more kneeling in the car seat or enlisting my husband or grandpa to help, because this installs like a breeze!While you have to manually rethread the harness, it's pretty simple to do so, and keeps the seat lighter, which is another appreciated feature.Overall, so pleased with the Britax Willow! I was also pleased that the Pindot pattern seemed lighter and more subtle in person than I was expecting from pictures. We live in a warmer climate and I wanted something lighter in color so it wouldn't absorb so much of the heat if left in the car. This is perfect!

I chose britax because i had an old britax stroller (discontinued b-ready) i wanted to keep using so I thought it would be easier to get this car seat. Baby seemed extremely comfortable as they would only day sleep in car seat for the first few weeks. I love the color and look of the car seat because it was a color you don’t see very often. It’s not too heavy on its own but of course when you add a baby in it and the awkwardness of carrying a car seat, it gets cumbersome to carry. The quality is great for the most party but there was a hole I had to sew in the canopy pretty early on (maybe after 2-3 months of use). It was confusing because it wasn’t a party that gets much wear and tear, however likely for washing. The straps get tight enough for average sized baby and the newborn insert was very cozy while it lasted (not recommended after baby reached 11lbs). Verbally i switched over to a different stroller (bugaboo Cameleon) and i was so happy to find it fit! Overall great value for money.

This was our second Britax carrier and we really liked the first (Be Free travel set, including stroller) but the carrier expired so needed to purchase a new one for our daughter. There are many issues with this version:*doesn’t fit the Britax stroller we have. We bought the carrier adapters for the stroller and it fit the first carrier but this one is narrower. We specifically purchased Britax this time to use it with the stroller*the black handle where the slide is to lower the entire carrier bar is thick and very uncomfortable to hold. It makes it awkward and hard to carry*the carrier does not disconnect from the base very well and is a pain at times to take out*the carrier bar claims it’s easy to do one-handed but it often gets stuck and is annoyingOverall, I’m very disappointed in the product and Britax. Had I not already recycled the box, I would return it. Would never buy this again
