I have been taking this supplement for about a year now and it was discontinued on another website, so I was thrilled that Amazon was carrying it! Works well with my Thyroid medication and relieves breast tenderness. A great addition to my vitamin/supplement regimen.

I use this under my physician's guidance. I only take it for short periods of time and I notice a huge difference in my energy. It's a very nice Iodine supplement if you are looking for one.

I think someone should have corrected the ingredients list for this iodine product. Clearly the description is wrong. This is what it says. The best iodine/iodide supplement I’ve used. Been using this brand since 2017 at the recommendation of my doctor and it’s been great. Americans who don’t live on the coast usually need extra iodine in their diet, so this is a wonderful addition for anyone. Personally, it helps my mood, energy level, and concentration/focus. It is very potent, so I only need to take one per week, but some people may want to take it more often. Experiment and see what works for you. Would definitely recommend!
