Holley 550-511K EFI Self-Tuning Master Kit

I bought this and was kinda skeptical at first but it's absolutely amazing. I will definitely be buying two more in the future for the other cars.

Well I'm looking forward to putting this is the truck for the upgrade it will bring with ease of use and fas mpgs the reason for the low rate is the pics show that it comes with the distributor and it is called a master kit yet when we open the box things are still needed to install and the distributor was not there this was very upsetting as we had it scheduled for install this week and now we have to wait and reschedule for a later date and that was just a let downPlease change the pics or add a full description of what's included in the kit so this don't happen to others so we can order ahead of time and get it like we are supposed to also the price should reflect the missing pices of the so called master kit

I didnt recieve the distributor that was suppose to come with that particular kit.

The EFI showed up straight from Holley without a issue, the problem is the ad says the distributor is part of the package. After messenging back and fourth with the seller, they made it clear that the false advertising is how they sell Holley products. I'm looking forward to installing the whole system on my stroker but I'm patiently waiting for the distributor that was implied included to be delivered via another seller at a price. Be aware of competition sales Inc, they are unaware of how sales works.

installed on a 66 Chevelle 468 BBC and fired up first turn of the key. looks good and was easy to install. the seller I got it from was not so good. I got it 3 months late. the tracking was all wrong and was reported delivered when it was not. could not cancel the order because usps reported it delivered. it was not required to be signed for I would request to sign for the package because ov the value

Installed the Holley 550-511 K EFI self-tuning Master kit on a 1977 Ford F600 and the HEI complete distributor Everything fit as it should the old truck ran the best ever it does take some computer skill to set it up

Choose this system after reading many reviews of this system and other systems. system wasn't very hard to install but must have decent mechanical abilities. hardest part was the return line into gas tank Even tho its self tuning your engine needs to be running real good. I installed it at it takes a bit of set up and tweeking after install.Ive had to call Holley for tech help and they were very helpfull.my car has never run so good. my engine now runs totaly different , way better, since if installed.im still fine tunning some minor issues which takes a bit of EFi knowledge which you can get from Holley.very responsive and great for the street.if your looking to really drag race i would probably pick a much more high end systemI had 3 other regular carbs which never worked like this system.over all very pleased with sytem and glad i bought it.

I followed the instructions faithfully and VERY pleased with the results. Started first time and required minimal fine tuning. The kit has many extras and is not lacking any parts. I purchased the separate in tank pump as this did not require a return fuel line. Also got a progressive linkage as secondary opened simultaneously with primary and that’s not good on trail rides but great for drags!! That said I would buy the throttle body then only the lines, pump and fittings as needed. Installed in 1973 cj5 with chev 350.

It's not that I don't like the product itself, I have not had a chance to use it, it has to do with the warranty for this product! I bought this item from Speedway back on 01/29/2018 but was unable to get it installed until 2 weeks ago. Once installed, the truck would not start! I double checked installment process and confirmed everything was installed correctly. I called Holley the following day to get tech support. After doing some testing over the phone, it was determined the throttle body had an issue and needed to be returned. They had me contact the seller Speedway to get it replaced through them, but they would not honor a return because of the time span between purchase and installation! Speedway told me that I needed to send it to Holley for the repair / replacement. Holley agreed to take care of it and paid for the shipping back to their facility. I sent the product back to Holley on 05/08/2018, it has been a week now since they received it and nothing has been done to fix or replace the item! I told them that this truck in a daily driver and that I needed it back up and running as soon as possible, but again nothing has been done! They are telling me that it could take between 2 to 4 weeks to get it looked at it then decide if it need repaired or replaced. This is unexceptionable to me! It seems like anymore companies are only interested in making the initial purchase to get their money, but after that they could really care less about their customers!

Self tuneing.

Went wit the full HyperSpark system. Had to figure out how to get the shift assist (cutoff) connected. Connected the switch to the crank signal positive (violet) wire. Works perfectly. Don't know exactly why, but no issues so far.Had to buy and modify riser extensions to accept the O2 sensor. Picked up a pair of MerCruiser 1.7 dry joint exhaust elbow riser spacer 4.3 5.0 5.7 6.2 8.1 350 498 ( 174117262645 ) on e-bay.Very happy with this Holley setup.

The media could not be loaded.  It wasn't easy at first trying to understand the instructions that came with it but I took my time an understanding it before doing anything when putting the unit in my car I got it to running now but he had deliver on what I hoping it will do get my old car running and it did now I'm trying to set up the emissions.

I put this kit on my 1950 chevy truck. It has a big block Chevy motor . I can’t say enough about how easy it was to install and how good it runs. The power increase is incredible. And now it’s turn the key and drive. I didn’t drive it a lot because it didn’t run very good.but now I want to drive it all the time it runs so good. A great product I would recommend it to anyone who has a carburetor. Carburetor’s are a thing of the past

So far so good. Ran into a complication. I have dual tanks on my 86 F 150. For the tank kit, add an additional 344$ just to let you know. It's pretty straight forward and there are videos to help along the way. I give more after its installed.
