Michael Tuso's book is a 'must have' for all in the field of sales and business. Tuso's writing is crisp, accessible and novel for anybody in the business realm, and especially those working sales. Through his many years mentoring those new to sales, he has practical as well as novel advice for those new as well as experienced. Best of all, the book is peppered with real life anecdotes that help press the point, as well as to charm and amuse. Ultimately, whether you work in sales or not, this book can be extremely helpful for just about anyone, since human interactions rely so much on trust, confidence and security. Highly recommended! I finished it in a single reading!
