FreeTec 4 in1 Ball Joint Service Auto Tool Kit 2WD & 4WD Car Repair Remover Installer

All those who give 1 or 2 stars are simply have no idea about mechanics, I am fixing my own cars since I remember. This little press is a definite GO for the money. I managed to press out a very old rusty ball joints in my accord 7 without any problems, very sturdy little contraption. Best working if you have a compressor and a big gun but I imagine will work with a simple tools.

Used to do steering ball joints on a Land Rover Discovery 2 .Good value and strong .

This may not look up to the task but it got me out of the #### was doing ball joints on a discovery, my original tool gave up the ghost and felt to peaces, I found this to do the job with a little bit of patience a blow lamp and a good hammer, got the joints nice and warm and fitted the tool up took up the tension and then hit the ball joint area with ur hammer and it will move and repeat until its out. Make sure u put the new ball joints in the freezer for at least 24hrs and u will find putting them bk in easter, also I found that the threat on the tool was getting burd if u put to much pressure on but if u make sure its well oiled it helps no end, all in all a good little tool 😉

Good solid sturdy tool, threads needed the paint cleaning off and lubricating before it could be used, but then it isn't an expensive tool so I didn't really mind.

Made a hard jod so easy,, but dont work on a slope i lost a tube due to it rolling away😫

Managed to remove a ball joint and press in a new one to my 16 year old car. The threading is a bit rough as it's just cast in, not machined. Using this with a ratchet would be hard work, but I used an impact wrench on the end and it was no problem. Happy enough for the cost.

Worked really good for the ball joint I had to replace. Did not expect much from this tool, but I was pleasantly surprised how well it worked.
