I have purchased this bunk bed in January 2025 and have been using the same since then. The product is amazing and absolutely best quality as is mentioned in the description. The assembly was easy and the persons who came for assembly did the job neatly and perfectly. I am writing this review after using the bed for almost 3 months. The wood finish and quality is really good and the bed is sturdy and spacious. Even adults can sleep comfortably on the upper bed so you can understand the sturdiness.In all together 5 ***** to the product quality and assembly team both

Finishing and build quality is also good. Perfect for children and even adults. The whole product was very nicely packed with all necessary protection of foam pieces and thermocol wherever was required. They also provide all the required nuts and bolts and even wrench for tightening the bolts and installation. All the fixing points in bed are clearly labelled so anyone can match and easily install without the help of any expert. However there were some minor problems. For eg. 3 out of 4 iron supporting rods were of same size but one was of different size due to which we faced problem in installation. secondly, for ladder fixing, 4 bolts were required but we received only 3 and the bolts are specially designed which are not available in local market. also we received some extra bolts of small size which were not to be fixed anywhere, dont know why they provided. But i must say that the after sales service of Ganpati Arts is good.. they called multiple times for the feedback and asking for any problems faced and even agreed to courier the missing bolt. Its been almost a month and as of now, I am fully satisfied with the product.. hope it stays like that.. I recommend the product with a Thumbs Up !!

The product is of good built quality & looks as shown... It is as per specification & perfectly fits the area. My children love it & are very happy to sleep on it. The trundle helps with as an extra bed when their cousins visit. The assembling was easy & tools were also provided for the same.

The bed is quite sturdy for kids or even adults. Overall finish is also pretty good. The packaging was good enough to protect from damages during delivery.They initially shipped a different finish than what I had selected, understood the mistake on their own, called me to inform of the same and reshipped the correct product - that was really excellent in terms of support.Couple of improvement suggestions:1. Make the ladder position adjustable to either on left or right2. The open bolts for the bunk are bit of a safety hazard for someone in the lower bed.Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.
