One of the bamboo was dead, no leave, no sprout and no root when arrive.

Missing 1 stem of lucky bamboo
It is very disappointing for receiving the parcel but missing one stem , there are only 3 stems instead of 4 , it affect the Fung Shui and refund looks troublesome.
