I use a ResMed Airfit N30i Small Wide. The problem I have with that pillow mask is I’m uncertain if it’s properly positioned in opening of my nares. I was very hesitant in purchasing this kind of mask with this nasal prongs type, but I was so desperate to try. I’ve only been using my CPAP for 3 weeks now, and I love it. I’m determined to keep using it. But I don’t want to change my head gear to the non-pillow nasal mask because of the tubing situation. I much prefer the head gear where the tubing is situated on top of my head vs. the elephant trunk style gear. To conclude, I’ve only been using this for a few nights now and definitely a much better alternative than the nasal pillow mask without the prongs. It firmly attaches to my nares, it’s soft since it’s silicone and not rigid (at least the one that I got). I got the small one (I use a small wide for the N30i) and it fits perfectly. However, if you’re the type of person who moves around a lot, the nasal prongs may come off (just like any other nasal mask you use). It does come off especially when I’m restless in bed, but most of the time it stays on and I don’t feel any leaks. The only time it leaks is when it’s completely off of my nose. Recommend trying especially if you like the head gear but do not like the nasal mask that the AirFit N30i comes with.

Update: these are supposed to be replaced every two weeks but this began to thin too soon. I switched to the N30i a couple of months ago and hadn’t received a good mask seal since. I’m challenged with this small button nose so I decided to try this pillow style and boy I slept wonderfully well and got the best sleep score I’d seen in months! You should definitely give this one a try! Your health depends on it! Now let’s just hope the nasal walls keep for 2 weeks. 🙏🏼

I have been using these for a year now, and I can say that for my nose, it is way more comfortable than the ResMed med. Although the ResMed feels like stiffer silicone and feels higher quality, the comfort of the Medicolor is unmatched. I don't wake up with nose soreness as I do with the ResMed. I feel like the ResMed puts additional pressure on my nose, and when I wake up, I feel that soreness for at least 4 hours in the morning. With the Medicolor, I don't feel this soreness. I read the reviews, and it seems that everyone has a different experience with these. I guess the only way to find out if these will work better for you is to just try it and see. They are only $20 bucks, which is fairly cheap for CPAP replacement parts. That part that sucks for me is I get the ResMed ones for free, but I prefer these over the ResMed brand.

Needed a quick replacement and this was perfect.

It fits the machine and my nose, but keeps me up all night due to leakage. My sleep quality is not great with this one. It also has caused irritation on my nose unlike the ones from Resmed. I had high hopes but I think I'm going to return it.

This replaced the pillow cushion that came with my CPAP. It fit perfect perfectly and works great.

Was all set to return this as it looked too big but didn't get around to it. Glad I didn't return it. I decided to try it since I have it and it's soft and comfy and quiet. Fits my little nose.

Fits perfectly with the N30i frame. Delivery was fairly quick and the nasal fit is very good too. I prefer the nasal pillow that inserts into the nostrils so that the air is directly going into my nose rather than just holes in the N30i pillow.

Product was of good quality but didn't fit me quite right. Customer service was great and my refund was issued quickly.

Good value as a spare, but definitely not as comfortable as the genuine ResMed one. Didn't seal as reliably for me either as it doesn't have the double layer in the nose tubes, but then its also easier to clean.
