First of all, I want to say that I am a 55 year old female. I received this product in the mail yesterday. I have used it twice (once yesterday and once today), and I am already seeing results! My double chin is a lot less noticeable my forehead creases in between my eyebrows are smoothed out, and my wrinkles are fading! It is amazing! The one tip I will give you is to make sure you have a significant amount of moisturizer on your neck and face before applying this product to your skin. If you don’t, it may feel uncomfortable, like your skin is being burned or pulled. As long as you use it correctly (with enough moisturizer), you will be blown away by how fast (and fabulous) this product works! I wish I would’ve taken a before and after picture so you could see for yourself!

The red light will shock your face and eventually shocks your hand while using it. I'm not sure if I can return it since I don't have the box and instructions anymore but I'm definitely scared to use it now. It's only done that when set to red but I don't know if the colors will eventually start to do that as well. Won't be risking it. 😞😓

I am a 49 year old female. I have used it this product three times already and my husband (53) once. twice (once yesterday and once today)I am already seeing results! My forehead creases in between my eyebrows are noticeably smoother, and my wrinkles are fading! It is easy to use and maneuver around your face. The one tip I will give you is to make sure you have your chosen moisturizer on your neck and face before using this product. If you don’t, it may feel uncomfortable as you pull. Specially for the guys if they are noT clean shaven. It does sometimes feel like is “shocking” you a little bit too (like static on clothes not hurtful). That goes away with enough moisturizer on.

I love the product and how my face and neck feel afterwards, but mine did not come with the lil cover I've seen in some of the review videos.

I have only been using it every night with my usual products for a week but I have already gotten two unsolicited comments from people asking why I had no pores and how I got my skin so nice. No one was aware I was using it but me, so it must be doing -something-. For the price this was definitely a good buy because it is super easy to use too.

I’ll be returning this item. My package arrived timely. However, this was an unsealed item and the box top was half closed. Not sure if you can see it in the second picture but there are smudges and fingerprints on the part that touches your face. So I received a used product packaged carelessly. I cleaned the device according to instructions and tested it for two nights to see how I felt. Initial thoughts: cycling through the colors and different vibration settings simultaneously was confusing. It kept changing the level setting as well. On the lowest level the vibration was okay for whatever color used, however level 2 was uncomfortable with the micro shocks. I’m unsure if the device is supposed to shock you but it was an unpleasant surprise as the instructions do NOT say anything about being shocked repeatedly. I thought this may have been a defect since it seems I received a used device but I see there are others who have also been shocked by this thing too. I can only imagine what level 3 would feel like if level 2 made me stop and put the device down. Since I only tried it twice, I have no idea if it works or helps with anything.

Lo compré para regalárselo a mi hermana y cuando me llego pues no abrí el paquete y gusto ayer lunes 6 de abrir mi hermana lo abrió y viene usado todo rayado y con mugre la parte que es para dar masaje, la cajita donde viene no traía el plástico que sella la caja como nuevo y no trae la tapa que va en la parte que se usa para el masaje.

I just got this today and used it for the first time. I have no idea if there will be any long lasting benefits and I really don’t care. IT FELT SO GOOD that I will use it everyday just for that. It’s a good price and worth it to me
