My first impression was that the item was broken.On closer inspection, the component that appeared broken can be reattached.All good.

solar window is on wrong side
Cute but was slightly damaged in shipping, had to reattach arms. Solar window is on the wrong side so unit has to face out so only the rear is visible from inside if put on window sill. Poor design. Most people would like to see this inside with the solar window on the back side. Disappointing.
