SO GOOD; SOMEONE STOLE IT WITHIN 2 WEEKS
A great tool, perfect for 'shaving' masonry of all types - will buy another when I need to!

Expensive but good
I liked this and how it worked. It's very good at honing off fine amounts of brick when required. Should have bought one of these years ago but didn't know they existed.

Good scutch holder
This is a good scutch holder - very solid and and good tight fit for the combs. Recommended.NOTE: the label on the bit states "For 20mm combs", but in fact the comb that comes with it is 25mm wide and the after market Footprint 25mm combs that I bought fit it perfectly.

A most excellent tool
I've promised to buy myself a scutch chisel for many years, but only recently got around to doing so and I'm kicking myself for not buying one sooner. This is perfect for cleaning up or taking a little extra depth, without the ignorance of a flat chisel. Very pleased that I chose this Armeg chisel as its well made, robust and the scutch itself is retained firmly.

Good chisel. Cuts well.
Used for fine dressing and flattening faces.

As previously said comb comes loose but still works
As previous reviews have said when the tool becomes hot the comb chisel becomes loose.Having said that it makes light work of removing tiles, tile adhesive and render back to bare brick when I was renovating my 1960s bathroom. Frustrating but you work for 20mins and let it cool down.
