They did so many things right with this one. It comes mostly assembled, so you are already past the danger zone of putting the handlebar on in the wrong direction. The front wheel needs to spin in the correct direction going forward so the internal spring can store the energy to help you stop it and return to the start position. Other models of these often don't make that clear, and if you roll it out in the wrong direction, at best it won't work, and at worst the internals are damaged. This model bypasses that whole scenario, because right out of the box, the main part of the handlebar assembly is already in place. The rest of the assembly is so easy and intuitive, they don't even include specific directions for that.The bars which extend out front from the elbow rests are adjustable with a simple push button/slide, so it works for longer or shorter arms. The distance between the arms is wider than most of these, so it's more stable. Two armrests per side are more comfortable than one. The wheel diameter is a little smaller than others of this type, which means that the wheel turns more times per repeat--so the internal spring stores more energy, and it's easier to stop and return.There's a timer built right into the center, and the phone holder is up front where it should be, not under your nose like most models have it. I can't find a single reason not to love this ab roller, better in so many ways and only a few dollars more than the lesser ones. Highly recommended.

I have another ab roller, but I dislike using it because it puts too much pressure on my wrists. Then I saw this item which does the same thing minus the wrist pain. By allowing you to roll and work-out your abs in plank position, it puts the weight on my elbows instead of my wrists.If you want to do ab workouts with a roller but don't want to hurt your wrists - definitely get this item. The phone mount is awesome. I am able to work out better and longer with this roller. It also feels very solid and quality made. I'm 6.2 and 200 lbs and it is able to support me with ease. Highly recommend!

I really like this ab roller. I initially thought I wouldn't be strong enough to use it, but I was wrong. It is so simple and it has a place to put your cell phone for more motivation to use it. It comes with a knee mat and simple to setup for use. The wheels work well and I did mine on berber carpet. It rolled as if I were doing them on a bare floor. Looks like I no longer have an excuse not to do ab workouts. Definitely would recommend.

I’ve had several of the regular type ab rollers and let me tell you-this thing definitely steps it up several notches!!! Excellent quality and very well made, this allows you to do your rolls in different positions while remaining sturdy and stable. Can definitely feel the workout lol!! Love it!!!
